Once every 3 months there is a nice person that comes around & makes sure everybody does their job right
This place has excellent food. Unfortunately the hours are always wrong as this location is in the food court of a local college, and I assume changes with the college hours.
Paid $20 for old hard food. Never again
Always out of stock of things, priced higher than a normal chic, staffing issues making for very long lines (I usually only see 1 person working)
We never found it apparently it's inside the collage
Ridiculously understaffed, plan on spending at least 30 min to get your food.
This is only a Chick-fil-A Express in a university building, not a full restaurant. Google Maps is very misleading about this. Hard to find, and for someone from out of town on a road trip, to get routed that far from the Interstate for something this difficult to locate is a bother. That said, food is on par with other Chick-fil-A restaurants and the servers were friendly, helpful, and understanding.
Ordering was a struggle because the cashier couldn't hear me through the plexiglass. I was told the wrapa are all premade so I couldn't get them without a particular item. The food tasted good I had already started eating when I realized my husbands sandwich had a huge hair hanging out of it. I mean I've always heard amazing things about Chick-fil-A and the experience here did not live up to the hype. The waffle fries were amazing and the view for the seating area was super nice. We were not Karen's about the situation this is just my honest review.
Food was up to Chick-fil-A standards, delicious as always. I would eat here alot more often if it wasn't in the location that it is. There are spots marked for Chick-fil-A customers but they were all occupied even though no one else was in the restaurant. This time specifically there were UPike vans and college students (without food) getting in the cars in those spots.
Love it and great people and wander full service ❤️❤️?❤️❤️
