Went around the drive thru got 2 plain burgers and they weren’t plain. Went back around not even a minute later and they demanded a receipt to give me the right food. They didn’t give me a receipt. I was literally the last customer to come around the drive thru.
This is your typical burger King with typical burger King food. The employees are decent and the facilities are decently clean. The drink area can get a little dirty during busy times but that's typical of any burger King.
Great service, I was on the demo team remodeling it recently and they went above and beyond to makeMe food on lunch breaks, especially a female worker named Brittany I believe with different colored hair, very polite!

A personal friend that I've known nearly my entire life, worked with,took his grandkids threw the Drive Thru for a Chicken Nugget Meal. Got up the road coming home the grandkid says " papaw they didn't give my nuggets". Fighting the rush hour traffic to return to get the nuggets after the Manager ask for his reciept which he produces only to have the Manager Melissa to call him a liar which the grandkid heard. Burger King is my favorite fastfood which I always enjoy when I'm in Pikeville , this is to much. Melissa you didn't get the window closed soon enough,the child heard you assuming you called her a liar.

Ordered an eggnirmous burrito with sausage. Gave me 1 with bacon instead. Never been a fan of their bacon, it was gross.
Great, fast, cheap, flamebroiled burgers and awesome chicken sandwiches. The ghost pepper nuggets are really good too.? ?
