The employees were super nice and the food was fresh and hot.

My chicken cheddar ranch had no cheddar. Attempted to call only could reach a fact machine. So I went cheddar less
came through the drive-tho around 4:30, took about 20 minutes to get to the drive through window and they didn’t get our order right the first time, came back after we realized our order was wrong and it took 30 more minutes to get to the drive through window. our drinks had been watered down as soon as we got them as well.
Line moves a little slow here, but order is always correct and usually very fresh.
No Sauce Available. We ordered 4 classics and drinks to go. Paid and asked for BQ and Horseradish Sauce. The guy puts 4 on the counter. Asked for more and he replied that is all we have. After asking several more times, asked to cancel order and get refund. He had to go get manager. Explained to her we would like some additional sauce. (No dispenser at drink station). She abruptly stated you only get 1 per sandwich. Got refund and left. $17and only allowed 1 sauce per sandwich.
The service was very quick for an Arby's...the food was fresh and the order was correct...I had to give this one a five star if for no other reasons than those two...easy enough to find and though traffic was not heavy when I was there, from the way the traffic is directed, there shouldn't be any problem getting in and out, even under heavy traffic conditions...
Good is good as always but it took us forever to get it and for 2 people we paid almost $30
I really enjoy eating at Arby's however the one in Pikeville Kentucky leaves a lot to be desired. I really can't complain about the food but the service was absolutely terrible. I waited in line in the drive through for 35 minutes some people were even driving away. I got to the window and I had to tell them 3 times what I had ordered. It was absolutely ridiculous.
The food wasn't all the way done or something wasn't that good at all thought Maggie Hutchinson was working there lmao ?
