Food was cooked perfectly and the server was great. It's refreshing to get treated like an individual in a major chain restaurant.

Extremely rude staff. Screaming and cussing. Talked to the manager and nothing was done to correct the problem. Will not be back. No wonder the place was empty if it’s just a hang out for them and their buddies.
Terrible experience! The waitress did sort of try to make it better, but all in all, I was hungry and left there hungry as my steak wasn't ever prepared correctly after 2 tries.
Probably one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. I got the Bourbon Street Steak. The onions tasted old and completely overpowered the steak so bad I couldn't finish and the Mac n Cheese tasted as if someone mixed in candle wax. This was a Mother's Day dinner and sadly my mom couldn't even finish her meal either.
It's an ok Applebee's but very run down. The signs are chipping and was seated at a booth with a ripped open seat.The staff were nice and the food alright.
Worst service sat about 5 min at almost empty bar a waitress finally saw me for me a drink ordered a bit before bartender came waited a bit manager finally opened a bottle from back ? ate good food cashed out said I sit a few maybe ? 1 more glass thank u waits 10 min asked for 1 she said o didn't notice u asked or raised your glass got 4 customer s wow she said will go get a new bottle only attended to new customers I got weary being ignored but I'm traveling so no need to come back to this Applebee's I stop at Applebee's all across the country o well
Great staff. They were very friendly and attentive. Food was very good.
With nobody wanting to work since pandemic hit us because of free government programs it is affecting all businesses so be patient !! Love my Applebee's!!!! Gonna take time!!! WE GOTTA GET TRUMP BACK IN OFFICE!!!
