Are yall ever going to open up again??? I mean come on. Under new ownership.. might want to get a move on it. Better be good food and really good service. Hire people that want to work not just play around. Maybe start them off at $7.25 per hr and see if they are good candidates that deserve a raise!
Glad to see the place currently closed (11/27) to get their stuff straight and deliver better service! I love Zaxbys and need their food, so hurry back BUT ONLY IF YOUR SERVICE & QUALITY ARE HURRIED BACK WITH THE RE- OPENING! Kudos to PDHD for doing their job (I often thought they just give "grades" especially in the Chinese/ Japanese- American food industry in Paducah)...
I understand they’re short staffed (per the sign on the speaker) I didn’t mind the wait expecting the food would be good as it at other locations. The food was so bad I didn’t eat it. The fries were under cooked, the chicken tenders were mostly giblets of breading and the Texas toast was so hard it crumbled. I know we’re living in less than ideal times but don’t take customers hard earned money for food than isn't edible.
I understand they’re short staffed and I have no problem waiting . However, we went and there are 5-6 teens standing around just laughing. Idk who was in charge but from the looks of it nobody. It was just a hot mess period.

I love Zaxbys!! Or at least I usually love Zaxbys! Our last visit was not good at all. Not looking for free food or to get anyone in trouble. But if this were my business I would want to know. I’ve worked with the public all my life. I know even if your having a bad day you don’t take it out on your customers! The guy that answered on the speaker was not nice at all! Seemed mad that he had to take our order. We got to the window he was even more agitated . He practically shoved the bags out the window. We realized a lot of our order was missing. My husband addressed the issue nicely with him and he gave my husband a look that could kill!! Just very rude! No thank you or come back what so ever! We got our food fries were cold, we had fried pickles and they were standing in about a fourth inch grease. We couldn’t even eat the ones on the bottom. Just wanted to bring this to your attention so that maybe you could address the importance of being decent with your customers!! I never complain but I felt the need to voice this! Thank you!
Drive thru was seriously struggling to move customers like many in the area. Looked like the manager or owner was working hard and one other person working in the restaurant was loafing, and hates the manager. Also certain the manager ended up cooking our food while the one other person took a break. Regardless of the personnel struggle, the food was top notch. Daughter said hers was very good also. The long wait was worth it.
