Note to Google. I want to be able to use 1/2 star ranking.At least the fish was excellent.No wait to get in & service was great. However a large part of a fish dinner is the fixings.If you like everything sweet, this would be a good place. The hushpuppies were sweet, the vinegar slaw was sweet (and a tad oily).The baked potato seemed to have been cooked for a while and the fried okra was edible.The white beans were plentiful but needed some seasoning as they were bland.Portion size was excellent and the fried catfish was beautifully cooked. Might go back & try something else, but I'll get my fish dinner elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful! I ordered to-go for the first time trying it. Can't wait to eat inside. It smelled good and the atmosphere was warm when I picked up my food. It was ready in 25 minutes and cost me $45. Worth every penny. They hooked it up with plenty of sides and sauces. Everything was fresh and hot when I got it home. Lady on the phone was super nice and the young man that gave me the food along with a lady (I assume the manager) made sure I had everything I needed. My 4 year old daughter bit in the chicken strips and immediately went "Mmmmm... yummy!" Definitely will be back.
The food was great and the service was exceptional!!! My friend and I did not realized the closing time. We were oblivious that everyone had left and we were the only two customers left 30 minutes after closing time! The waitress and busboy were so kind. I am impressed with their professionalism. I'm sure they were exhausted and ready to go home!!
There food deserves gold stars. I had grilled fish and fried oakra. My friend had fish and frog legs. We both were more than satisfied. Most definitely will return soon!
Had an awesome time , awesome waitress,awesome food. Hush puppies and green beans are by far some of the best I've had. ? We were blessed at checkout and was told someone bought our meal. #Blessed whoever it was thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.The lil Rives gang.

We were very disappointed tonight with our experience there. The food is always good, but found out they have started charging $3 extra for sharing a large platter of food. It was not posted anywhere, the waitress did not tell us until after we ordered and ate. I questioned the misc $3 on our bill. She said they just started charging that for an extra plate for sharing your meal. I am so disappointed when a local place starts trying to over charge people for coming to their place of business.
