Manager so nice boys needed too throw away trash lobby was closed he came and opened door was nice too boys very friendly place food great

At 9:34 pm on 1/12/2022, the drive thru and sign lights were turned off; over 20 minutes before closing. The lady who took my order was absolutely rude and yelling with attitude while taking my order. When I got to the window, I asked the lady if they were closed is why she was slamming my drinks on the counter and shaking her head with attitude; she told me that there was less than 15 minutes to serve food. I then said not to worry about it (I really didn’t want spit on my food) she said ok and shut the window. I will change my rating when this lady doesn’t work here anymore. I will not get food from someone who doesn’t want me there and could potentially do something to my food. I gave one star only because ZERO STARS was not an option for costumer service
Burgers dried out. Grilled chicken tasted funny. Thier commercial says their fries are better than McD's which was proven that was a lie. Advertise strawberry frosty but it's only available in Canada they say.
This location decided to suddenly stop working 40 minutes before they were set to close two days after a tornado hit a town nearby (December 12th, 2021). But they didn't do it in an intelligent manner.They just told people through the drive thru speaker to please wait a moment and never return. Employees came outside for a smoke break right in front of all 12 cars wrapped around the building.10 pm rolls by, then an automated message began playing to let all of us in the drive thru know that location was now closed.For 40 minutes of time we were all literally trapped in the line due to the way the drive thru was designed with a concrete median preventing us from just pulling away, and a staff that wanted to smoke cigarettes and play on their cell phones instead of their actual job. They should be fired... All of them for such ridiculousness. Unacceptable.
Very friendly staff and was cheerful to be serving breakfast so early in the morning.
Just got two frostys and they were good as always. Didn’t have to wait long either

Yum Yum . Always fresh and friendly people . I should be eating a carrot but I just can't resist that baconator sometimes!
