Got the order half wrong and had to refund my friend her half of the money she'd spent because they'd put stuff on our order that we hadn't even ordered, the manager made it right by refunding the money however if the person taking the order had of just been doing her J O B there wouldn't have been no reason for any mix-up's and they want $12.00 to $15.00 dollars an hr for what??? To stand around talking to others and not even pay attention to what they are there to do???!!!! Please Even the manager was questioning who had taken the order & wasn't very happy!! The food was good and all but the person taking the orders needs to find another Job where she can sit n talk on the phone or others all day long and stop wasting ppls time!!!
As always the food is good the prices are decent and the service is the best it can be for not having much of a staff
Drive thru speakers are horrible. Service is just as bad. If u use drive thru be sure to ck ur order before u leave the window, they mess up orders alot, I mean a whole lot.

Yes, like everyone else, they are understaffed. But wow, food is fresh and the employees are incredibly friendly.
Food sucked, fries were cold and undercooked, burger was absolutely mediocre, nuggets were undercooked. Worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at, but the cashier was nice at least.
Ordered the number 7 everything was hot and fresh the girl in drive thru who took my order was so sweet and kind I think her name was Porsche but I'll definitely come back here again
Visit: 01/08/22I placed a curbside order worth $20 around 3:45, and when I arrived (slightly late) I went through the drive thru instead so the crew didn't have to go outside in the rain, but upon looking in the bag when getting home, they completely forgot an entire premium sandwich, and their phones are turned off so I have no way of contacting them, hopefully this can be resolved corporate side, because I am livid. Turn. Your. Phones. On.
Absolutely the worst wendys I have ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for them to mess up my food. And they are rude
I arrived well over an hour before the store was supposed to close. The Wendy's app let me order ahead and even pay prior to my arrival at this location. When I got there, all the lights were off inside the building and outside the building. It was closed well before it was supposed to be closed.
