Terrible attitudes and rude responses to asking for a minute to order.Pulled up to the drive thru to order, there was 1 car behind us and 3 ahead and when we asked for a minute to get our order together the staff stated they were "being timed and if you're going to take too long then just come inside to the lobby." We were about to give our order when the staff stated that, and I have a physical disability that makes it difficult to always just go inside.We left because this was upsetting on multiple levels, but it was inconsiderate of someone if they have trouble processing the menu or like me with a physical disability. It was the worst experience and if this is how their corporate is making them run then that is despicable too.I won't be returning any time soon and I am sad how customers are getting treated.
staff was extremely rude, when trying to help a friend out with their order that “didn’t go through” even though the money was already taken out of her account. staff yelled that there was nothing they could do about it and that it was my friends problem. was thoroughly yelled at and told to leave when there was no snark or remark given to the employee even after she yelled at me and cursing at me, a 17 year old. also was out of beans. i would rate this location with zero stars but unfortunately thats not an option.
Very friendly and speedy service! Order was correct , could’ve used a few more napkins and sauce but still overall a clean friendly place !
Don't live here so this was my 1st visit. When I pulled into the parking lot I was curious as to why the parking lot was practically empty at lunchtime on a Sunday when every other place was packed with people. Once I ordered I figured it out. There was only 1 other customer there and no one in the drive-thru so they weren't overwhelmed but it still took between 10 and 15 minutes to get a taco and a burrito and when I unwrapped the taco it was only about 1/3rd full of meat and cheese. Ah...now I know why none of the locals were eating there.
Staff was friendly. I ordered through the drive thru, had to pull around to wait on some of the items I ordered, but when I received everything it was all hot and fresh. Great job!
By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations.
Ordered a burrito supreme not sure what I got but half the ingredients were on the outside of the flour tortilla. Called back into the store to complain and the manager said and I quote " He would never eat at that store." He asked if I would like my order remade I declined the offer after his attitude I figured out that I would just get food that had been spit in.
I ordered two cravings boxes ahead in the app. The order was ready upon arrival. One item was missing, but the error was quickly corrected. Their ice machine was broken. The staff was extremely friendly.
Very helpful staff. We were drive thru and after that we were trying to find the hotel that we were going to spend the night but google maps wasn't very accurate so we asked the drive thru person and she was very friendly and helpful.
The employees wasn’t paying attention on what u ask for and when u ask at window they wants to argue with you… I’m so done with this Taco Bell they needs to kick out the employees that does that…… when I ask for extra sauce they wants to argue with u.. they doesn’t wanna provide you what you ask for……
