Staff was friendly, order was correct. My only complaint is that there are things they will not make for you unless you order it off the app, that isn't on the regular menu, but still available to be ordered and prepared by the same people, side by side other orders.
Service was fast for how much we ordered! Everything tasted good but for the price it was very light on meat. Barley had any hamburger in the tacos and the chalupa but the burritos were stuffed! I will be back for burritos but probably not tacos or chalupa.
We pulled up to the drive through at 11:43 PM knowing that they closed at 12 PM. The person in front of us was able to order and get food, when we pulled up they told us they were “closed” and we couldn’t order even though they were supposed to be open for another 15+ minutes and served the person directly in front of us. Definitely will not be returning.
The only thing it had going for itches tge gi r l that took my money. My order hardly had a teaspoon of meat. $ 4.00 for the double taco. That was ridiculous. It was the one on Lone Oak rd. I won't be back!!
I love Taco Bell and usually have no problems at this specific one. But last night the employees were rude. We had to ask for sauce, napkins, and straws. Then, every single taco we had was so watery that they either stuck to the wrapper or completely ripped through it. It was so bad that our bag ended up ripping across the entire bottom because it was so wet.
Had some great service and have been going here for years. The foods good (it's a taco bell). Live the 5 later beef burrito.

This location is the only Taco Bell I will buy food at. Any time I go I always have great service. They never mess up my order it’s always correct and hot and fresh even after taking it back to metropolis. Yea ya gotta wait a minute due to the amount of business they get in the drive thru but that’s not their fault. I highly recommend this location if you are in the mood for Taco Bell. Great job guys.
Order took half an hour to cook at 1 pm with no lunch rush. Order kiosk touch screen was simultaneously crusty and sticky. Power bowl looked like it had been shaken sideways. Vegetarian burrito was full of steak. Do better ☹️
Would not make our 4 item order instead proceeded to make the 77 item order in front of us. It is common sense to do the smaller orders before the big order and instead waste of 50 minutes of my time and didn’t offer a refund. Please get it together. This isn’t the first issue. Multiple incorrect drink orders And multiple orders incorrect in the past. This isn’t the first time. Please steer clear of this location. If deleted I will repost
