Horrible customer service. 3 employees stood around waiting for the other employee to help. The employee was argumentative on a very simple order throughout the entire process. It’s too bad choices are so limited when trucking or hauling a large load while traveling.

I don't mind if employees joke around with customers and goof off but when you spend 20 minutes making a sandwich for the person ahead of you because you're too busy talking and then it took 10 minutes to make my sandwich because she was too busy goofing off with the person behind me in line
Good food and good staff. It is the one located at Pilot travel center. The toilets were very dirty. But subway was good
It was my first time here found nothing that was not top shelf here we had a wonderful meal in the most friendly place. Decorated very well and designed to handle a full house all the time. Reservations are probably a must. But there is much more there go early and plan to stay a while in the shops the pink tractor is really girly but the hardware is stocked with top shelf new knives and firearms in the front window is a triumpth scrambler that looks like new.
The new manager Michelle was awesome. She was there working by herself and was amazingly fast and kept the line moving.
