I just sat in your drive thru for over 15 minutes with nobody to take my order over the intercom and only one person in front of me. I had to CALL YOUR STORE for you to come to the mic and take my order, and THEN the lady over the intercom was rude! I didnt get to even eat on my lunch break because you don't want to pay attention, and this being the 2nd time this has happened to me, I'm just gonna go to Subway in Walmart. They have better customer service there anyway ??

Have stop by this location a few times and havr been very happy with service here. Very clean, Speedy service , polite and friendly staff.
As soon as you walk in the door they were rude and didn't speak even after I had said hello to them and was friendly, like they hated their job. The older lady with short blonde hair had a stuck up look on her face as soon as she saw Me.So i just left, there's no reason to spend money at a business where they are automatically rude to you.
This subway I am sorry to say is not very good. Stopped there for my husband twice.
Hardly to little o lettuce for a chicken bacon ranch salad Barley had anything in stock as vegetables wise and after telling them all the vegetables I got none with my salad.
This location is chronically bad, the employee turnover rate is abysmal. They rarely have all the standard ingredients and even then you can expect your order to have at least one, if not multiple, errors. Unfortunately, this is the only (semi)healthy option on the Southside, so you're SOOL, and so am I.
Subway to me is the best place to get the best sub around an to make it your own sandwich.
Absolutely worst subway in Paducah Kentucky. Twice this week I went and ordered the exact same order with the same mistake. It was my fault the second time for not advising about the first time but I still got my order and the sandwhiches had the wrong bread, I don’t know how this has happened twice when I have never had it happen before at ANY subway. I called because my sister won’t eat the other bread she’s 8. I get there and the manager instructed to give the sandwhich back so i did well with one bite of the corner gone i got told “Hell no you didn’t say it was half eaten sorry” I see now the reason this business closed years ago and with the way Subway in walmart’s customer service is 10 times better I wouldn’t doubt if this one closes again.
