Do yourself a favor and take heed of the low rated reviews.My review is well overdue from December. It is apparent that this establishment has no regard for any recurring or potential customers.I was on a short trip in Kentucky, during this stay, I was appalled to find my bottled drink in a cup instead of its original packaging. The food was bland, horribly prepared. It doesn't matter if you go in person or order online, you get the same lousy results.This place would be better off closed down if the management is not replaced for the locals' sake. Go to a different Subway.
Who doesn't over Subway. Double meat,heated and toasted for enjoyable repast.
Every time I decide to get subway in Walmart it’s always the girl with colored hair she never makes my food right and she’s rude. This is the last time I’ll eat there when she working. I like the other girls that work there much nicer and always listens to what I’m wanting on my food
It really depends on the Server. The last serve seem to vibrant a bit of prejudice. But the one before her a few weeks back was great. Maybe because the boss was in? But as my server that evening this particular young lady was very thoughtful as to way she prepared my food and provided me service. Clean environment. The food is fine for being a Subway franchise.

Terrible customer service. Bread is either overbaked or underbaked. Just trash. Will NEVER go again. It would be different if they were nice, too but they're not. Just beyond rude. Get out of the service industry if you can't handle it.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered three foot-longs for my family and not one was right... but only one was good.Two were supposed to be toasted - they came looking like a match flew by them - and they were limp and soggy.There was nothing right about my sandwich except the green peppers, and there were so many of those I thought for a moment I had an all veggie sandwich.They didn’t follow one direction either. Not one. It’s like they didn’t want to read anything and just guessed their way through.We tried to call management but were told there wasn’t one on duty, and that she wouldn’t be back until Wednesday - “she thinks”. It’s Saturday. I asked if there were another manager to speak with and was told again that ONE manager is the only one.Two girls - one in training (who is probably the one that made the sandwiches), and no one to supervise and correct problems. Great way to run a fast food chain.Bad food. Bad quality. Bad quality control. Poor management. Bad owners - they hired the ONE manager.I ordered a sub for dinner - got stuck eating cereal.This is the last time Subway will get a dime fromus.Two thumbs down ??Don’t eat here. You can find better.
Just reopened, and service couldn't be worse. Waited at the window with workers staring at me, and would never take my order. It was 8:30 they close at 9.
