Literally just left this store about 15 mins ago and my experience was so good that I had to share. My husband and I went in to order (because he like to watch them make his food ?) and the 2 women that were in there was very polite and quick with their jobs. To top it off, the bread was the softest bread I've ever had at a subway. Our sandwiches we're made perfectly. This will be the Subway we go to from here on out until we see otherwise ☺️
We love subway. I put our order in online while I'm at work and my husband picks it up. The employees were friendly and fast.
This is the slowest subway I have ever been too, and order is always cold if I order online or made incorrectly. If management would care a little more past $8/hour maybe they could get some workers. I feel bad for the workers now, but then again I don’t because the customer service is lacking too.
The Paducah Kentucky Store was not as Customer Friendly as the Marion Illinois Subway in Walmart and the Pilot.... Paducah Location needs to Step Up their Customer Skills...
Normally i give people the benefit of the doubt she was nasty on the phone to my wife i said maybe it busy there so i let it pass but as soon as we got there the store was empty and it took her 5 min to get to the counter where she was once again miserable to my wife. So we let it go another couple came in and she was miserable to them then she snapped at my wife and that was it for me. I hope the rest off the staff isn’t like this girl because this is totally unacceptable and i will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE.
We arrived, it took 5 min for the guy to take our order, and sadly our bad experience didn't stop there. The man was the only worker and I could understand his attitude somewhat of it had been busy BUT there was nobody in the lobby.....there was nobody else in the drive threw. We asked the pricing of a drink which apparently this shop only has one size and he wasn't happy to tell us. We asked for root beer and apparently this shop doesn't have it.... we asked what cookies they had and he literally rolled his eyes at us. Apparently asking him to do his job was more than he could handle so he responded by being very rude. To top it all off the bread was tough and chewy like leather. We will not be going back to this Location and if doing his job and providing customer service even when it's not busy is more than this guy van handle then I suggest he find a new job.
The young lady who made our sandwiches was the absolute best.
Ordered curbside. Me and husband both ordered sandwiches toasted we both took bites and our chicken was cold and cheese wasn't melted. I went in and asked them if they would remake them. The lady said she would have to wait on her manager about 15 mins pass and still nothing. Another worker ends up coming over scraps all our veggies off and puts our sandwiches (they had bites taken out of) back in the toaster oven. And just throw our veggies back in the sandwich. The sandwiches were still soggy from the sauces and a complete mess now. They didn't care.
Plenty of help which I like. Most subways try to employ one person unless it's busy. Annoys me.
