Please offer a PLAIN cheese Quesadilla. We ordered one Togo, asked for just plain shredded cheese and it was covered in queso and shredded cheese, then was smashed together and cold by the time we got it. It was impossible to even take apart. If I wanted to throw 6 dollars down the toliet, I would of saved my self the time just walked into my bathroom.Normally I love you guys but here lately you have been slacking, big time.Also please cook your peppers and onions a little longer. (Just a suggestion, that or change the name on the menu to "raw" or "lightly seasoned with a hint of flame". ?
ALWAYS awesome. You have choice of how much you want on your burritos.. All ingredients are always tasty.. And lots to choose from. Extra sauce no problem. Extra pico or chesse... No problem. ?. Way better than taco bell or taco johns anyday... They don't compare at all to Qdoba. And this store is staffed with great people. Fun and professional.
Worst employeee & his service .. his name is lakin hill as per he told me his name .. but I dought his name is that .. feel like he is mentally disturb ..so when u go in this restaurant just ask for other employee (if available ?) or ask for manager for make your order right ..u & ur family try to stay away this employee … manager was great but coz of like this employee we give 1* .. even request to qdoba / manager plz don’t hire like this person chance to deal with direct customer service ..??.. last I can say for him get well soon & prayer for his health ???..
Worst ran and managed QDOBA that I frequent! Too many young kids in the store by themselves talking on phones, dancing to music, and mack-ing on young girls (custumer) so much so that the wait time at fast- casual becomes slow- casual. I frequent past the 6pm hour (which may be the problem as that particular time may be when they come in to work)... love the food, 2 stars for food but a 3 star discount on CSR responsibilities...
Normally love Qdoba. Food was fine. BUT...staff were pretty much across the board rude, disinterested, unhelpful or apathetic at a minimum. The lead gal needs to definitely be given customer relations training. Gave short, clipped answers in condescending tone. Only two of us in line at 5:47 pm on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Made us wait 5 minutes before even looking at us. Hubby asked for a little more lettuce (not the 10 shreds given) and you'd thought he'd asked for a million bucks. Pretty stingy with a small scoop of chicken too. Last visit here ever! Wasn't just me--my husband was ticked off totally too.
I went there and the service was bad. First they are very stingy with the amount of food you get, and I know it’s not the amount of food they have to give you, because my friend got way more. Also there was a lady with orange and red braids. She was rude when we came in and continued throughout the time we were there. The food was ok but the service there was not.
horrible staff. horrible experience. do not go there unless you're ready to be treated horrible. if your into to disrespect and rudeness this is the place for you but if you want nice atmosphere and friendly staff then go somewhere else. would give them negative stars if I could.
Nothing. Staff is horrible. They treat the customers awful. None of them even deserve a paycheck.
Me and my son came in to have lunch today. Food was great. Everything was great except the woman working the register. I don’t normally leave reviews as ive worked in restaurants for 8 years now and I know how it is. However, this lady was blatantly rude for no reason & I didn’t even ask her for much.
Used to be reliably good quality but unless the new employees get some training or work ethic it will be another place going down the toilet in Paducah. Unfortunate for the owner because the employees standing around in their phones acting like you are inconveniencing them will definitely lose business.
