Placed an online order and went to this location to pickup about 30 minutes after I placed it. Staff couldn't find the order, and apparently they haven't been getting mobile orders for months? Staff was very short with me about it, told me to go in the app and get a refund, which required me to send a chat message about the issue and they would "email me" a response in 24-48 hours.
I had a bit of an inconvenience at the store today. But they refunded me and made everything completely right. Tough being short staffed and stressed out and they absolutely made everything right and were extremely helpful and courteous. I forget her name, I believe Cladete maybe, but she was way too awesome so shout out to her.
Ordered 8 piece they only give me 7 and it was not spicy. Also had no wings. When i asked if they could mix a few tenders they said they cant. So how is it you didnt make my order correctly?
Great Food, always accurate and fresh, but they are very slow. Lines are backup up most of the time and even when lines aren’t backup up they take a while to make your order.
Food is good, unfortunately if you want any sauces with your meal get ready to get back in line a second time. I’ve been going here since it opened and I get the sauce I ask for 20% of the time, if that. I have never been rude about it and I have always been acknowledged. I normally don’t do this (write a review) but after a year or so of this situation I have finally decided to do the only thing I can do about it. Which is leave a review.
Nice staff, but ice machine didn't work, credit card machine didn't work, lost my order, out of honey mustard, took 20 minutes to finally get order. My thoughts is just a bad day. Staff seemed to be trying hard actually.
If you order online you have to wait in drive thru line. My food should have been ready when I got there & had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get my food!!! People inside working not in Popeyes uniforms, that looked like had been working outside all day & was dirty.
Shorted on shrimp last week, went back tonight, no apology, got home and order wrong again. ??You can't count 8 shrimp or one biscuit?? The owner's daughter said 'oh well, mistakes happen.' not even an apology.
Food was great. They have hired new people so if it seems a little slower than our previous visit, be patient. It's a HUGE improvement from our previous visit. We had a small misunderstanding about timing this time, but the employees were so nice and cleared it up without incident. Once trained, this place should run with great efficiency. We will eat there again!! Good job!!
Lobby still closed. Drive thru seemed a little better than past experiences. The girl at the window was friendly, possibly new employees. Had to pull foward and wait for our food. Had to pull back around for sauces, they forgot to put them in our bag. Hopefully they improve. Was a online app order to pick up at 7. We finnaly recived all our items about 7:45....
