I don't like to leave bad comments. We were on the shelf about coming back here and decided to try it ine more time. I ordered I line and had it for lobby pick up since the lobby is now open. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get up to the counter to tell them my order number and it still wasn't ready. Peoplein front of me got more food then they ordered they tried to tell the lady behind the counter but she was rude and even said outlook she wished people would stop bugging her when she was trying to work. She said my order was something different then it was saying we ordered 2 lrg fries when one was supposed to be a lrg mashed potatoes. So I ordered it via the app as I was standing there and got mad because I did that. The teenage girl working the drive thru was every where but at the drive thru. Then you have another lady with a baby who was opening the door behind the register telling the staff to tell someone she needs the car seat and what do they do? They leave the customers waiting to go tell the person about the car seat. If this is how Popeye's is run it is a wonder they stay in business. They need to stop hiring anyone off the street who really doesn't care about their jobs and who get angry when dealing with people. Plus there was no Manager in site. As busy as they were the Manager should have been front and center helping out. THAT is what a good Manager does. Plus there was another employee who we aren't quite sure what she does beside stand around. Only thing that gave thos 3 stars was the food was really good.
Apparently this store cooks its fish and it’s chicken in the same oil.So the chicken taste like fish.When this was brought to their attentionThey’re only responses we put a sign in our window stating that we do this.Not very customer orientated or family friendly if you ask me.
The food was about as tolerable as you'd expect from a chain fried chicken joint. Drive thru was slow, but the real joy was dealing with the manager who clearly hates her life and feels the need to exert whatever petty power she can over unsuspecting customers. Don't expect to ask for any custom orders, and definitely don't expect to be treated with respect if you have the audacity to ask for anything. Asking to speak with someone else will get the window slammed in your face. After talking with friends and coworkers, it seems this behavior isn't uncommon at that particular location. I can't imagine a universe in which I'll ever be back. KFC is down the street and their employees have never treated me so poorly.
Their new macaroni and cheese is do smooth, creamy and delicious. The shrimp was dry and had a lot of heat. It overwhelmed the shrimp. The fried chicken wasn't up to their usual standards of taste. Their biscuits were hard. No dining in. Cash only when we went on Sunday. Everyone has off days so we will return on another day.
The wait kinda sucks and the sides were very limited last time I went ,but the service is good and there always nice..I've never had a problem there..
Very good quality food. Always fresh. Staff are really nice. Only problem is not much good offer in app. But I love it
I visited 1/2/22 at 1:15 pm. There was a long line in drive thru but I stuck it out. I got the spicy sandwich, mac and cheese, apple pie and medium drink. The drink was not even full, it was flat and tasted horrible and I got home to find I wasn’t even given my apple pie, which I’m sure I paid for! But, I don’t know because I didn’t get my receipt. The sandwich and mac and cheese did taste good though. But I won’t go back any time soon, unless they give me a coupon for a free drink and pie!
Prolly the best Popeyes I've been too. Staff was friendly, they used the proper proportion of sauce on sandwich, everything was hot and tasted good. Usually in fast food one of these is messed up, but not this location.
I love stopping here on my way back home! Always fresh food, fast and friendly service. I use the drive-thru. On this day I had a spicy chicken sandwich, Cajun fries and large Diet Coke. Under $8 USD.
