I’m really upset with our order! I ordered the pizza at 7pm on a Tuesday I check at 8:20 and the pizza is sitting there with ants crawling all over it , and I did get the no contact but all the other delivery people knock on the door when they leave the pizza! Nope not Hailey from papa johns on Lone Oak Road she left the pizza didn’t knock! So we got two cold pizzas with ants on the side! Called the manager no help there! He blamed us for the no contact! I paid over $30 $3.99 for delivery fee and a $4 tip ! I won’t be back ! We eat a lot of pizza! Thanks to Dominos for always knocking! Papa johns do better!

I picked up two pizzas at Papa John's today. The young man who waited on me was so nice and professional. The pizzas were great and enjoyed by my family. Thank you
Waited 38 min for pizza and hot wings and pay driver and ripped him and as he was bout to leave,got wrong order,and driver took other order with him and said to call the restaurant and I did and I guess it was manager I spoke to,and it didn't seem to concern bout it.and he seemed he was confused bout what order he was to make over, he then said he would remake my order as soon as they can. We order from here alot,we actually switch over from Marco pizza, here it is bout 11 pm .Driver apologies for it but manager still don't seem to care, no word of hey next time it's on us or hey I'll give a a discount or anything of that manner,
Waited almost 3 hours for pizza . Cold when delivered and not even my order!
Ordered carry out yesterday here. First time eating here in about a year. Instructions for order were not followed. Workers didn’t seem to be trained in people skills and food was being prepped without gloves. Very disappointing.
I needed several pizzas on a Sunday morning at 11am. This is the only place in Paducah that would touch my order. Super kind, super sweet people. Pizza was hot and fresh. High Five.
Was told 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered once I got the pizza almost an hour and ten minutes later didn’t have any of my sides and have been waiting over 30 minutes for my sides
Usually pretty good, delivery took over an hour last night.
Please stop using the online ordering and this store. I was quoted a time (37 minutes) online for a pizza and cheese sticks and these items weren't out for delivery for over an hour (1hr 15min) on a Wednesday night. I spoke with the manager, who basically told me to deal with it and could have cared less about my complaints. Please use the other pizza delivery options or doordash.
