Awesome sandwich and a great salad ? I was very satisfied!
The assistant general manager Tammy was the manager on duty during our visit to the location in Paducah. I must say the food was absolutely perfect. It had great flavor and seasoning and tasted wonderful. The best part was the customer service team gave to me and my wife made our experience absolutely phenomenal! Tammy is a true professional and is very engaging. Please tell the team congratulations on being great!
This Panera is not only the cleanest Panera I've been to in Kentucky (the one in Murray KY is a distant 2nd), but also the biggest and fastest/ efficient. I've seen them move a parking lot over twice in 18-22 minutes (it must have been the employees, correct)! I love their spacious eating area ESPECIALLY DURING THE COVID MANDATES! I will gladly give the owners a 10- star rating if you enlarge it (#AnInsideHater)!
We ordered online and had Door Dash deliver. The receipt on the bag is was correct. What was in the bag was not. We ordered four soups and only one was correct. We also ordered a cookie. It is on the receipt but Panera scratched it out with a pen and gave us a different cookie. Four soups, one spoon. Upon calling the store about the error, they blamed the Dasher who didn’t fill the bag with the correct receipt on it. Again, contents incorrect is the store issue, not the Dasher. Own your mistakes.
We ordered 1/2 tuna sandwich and 1/2 steak and cheese sandwich. The tuna had very little tuna and the steak had 1 slice of thin sliced beef. After we placed order we were told they were out of chips and we could have a baguette (who wants that when u r getting a sandwich), yogurt tube(?), or an apple. The restrooms were not clean and in reality need an update. Dirty dishes and trash was stacked by the drink machines. All of this was at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. What a disappointment to see how your store and food has declined. I did not make any photos but now wish I had.
I have never had a bad experience at Panera - til tonite...I asked about their WARM BOWLS on the menuMe:. Are those pasta dishes?Tammy:. No. Have you ever eaten at QDOBO or Chipotle?Me:. No.Tammy:. Well, they are rice and a bunch of other stuff....Really????I got soup...
I love their egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich. And the drive thru has an amazing employee by the name of Tonya who will make your day by her attitude, smile and service!
Very rude drive thru service. I understand issues with supply and inflation but what the food we received was cold, hard, and very unappetizing.

Attentive employees and the bbq chicken sandwich was to die for. I didn't expect it to be such a great combination yet it worked so well
