I went around 12:30 on a Sunday knowing I might have to tackle the after church lunch rush. I had a 20 min wait that was ok i had to make up my mind on what i wanted. I was finally seated and had giant (4) (alfredo no marinara)cheese stuffed shells ? my son had The Tour of Italy ?? Enough to make the Jersey Shores cast mates mouth water. You know the pasta was dressed to impress with the sauces. And each entrée is served with breadsticks and all you can eat salad. Shout out to our server Codi with an i.
I took my elderly mom to lunch after church for Mother's day, it was after 3pm, not crowded. The waitress was fake- nice, which that's fine. We asked her to bring extra paper napkins, she said sure. She didn't show up with the napkins, nor did she refresh our drinks. She waited on the booth behind us, the table across from us, super-friendly. She walk by us in a swoosh, ask one time was everything okay. I asked for napkins, refill again, she said sure. I ask another passing waitress, she practically threw some very thin napkins @ us. I do want to mention the server was really nice, he brought the thick napkins, more salad and refresh my drink. Young man, you were thebest thing about our experince today. Waitress :(
Seems to have gone downhill a bit. Waitress seemed a bit bothered to serve us. Just had soup, salad and bread sticks. I've ordered pasta fagioli for 20 years. Always been consistently good but not so this time. Way too much pasta and too little meat, beans and veggies. And it seemed to have been on the burner a bit too long. I'll certainly try again, because I have a long, mostly positive history with our particular store, but I hope it improves!
This was my first ever negative experience at Olive Garden. Our waitress was very inattentive and left the serving table in the walkway while she walked off to do other things. She also would ask a question and walked off in the middle of my answer.Also, the zuppa tuscana soup we ordered, was bland and didn't taste the way it usually does.I will say, we ordered the Italian donuts for dessert and they were DELICIOUS!
Love the food!! They raised their prices, but so did everyone else in town. Gave four stars because I hate when they try and shove all your food on the table at the same time; appetizer, salads, bread, kid's food(even though we never requested they be put in early). I feel like we were being rushed so the waitress could leave.
Hate to give this place 3 stars, really do. I get most places are under staffed, but the quality of service here is hit and miss. Bigger issue is the food. The portions are small enough to make you have a negative reaction. With portions being smaller, they even cut way back on salad dressing. Ask for more and you're looked at funny. Ask for a few extra olives ( Olive Garden) or tomatoes and you're made uncomfortable that you did, let alone get them. The sole reason why I did not give two stars is that it has been a favorite place of mine to go to for several years. Hey professional, mature staff would do a lot of good, also.
Person waiting on me was great! The food however was not! Salad...great! Tour of Italy not so great. Lasagna was hard, fettuccine was dry and hardly any sauce, the chicken parmesan was good. I usually have great food but today not so great. Had I not been paying with a gift card I would have complained.
Our waiter Amber D. did an outstanding job it was above and beyond of any waiter I've ever had
Had a large party for an anniversary and a birthday. Waitress was amazing especially since we all didn't arrive at the same time.
Overall a solid experience.- the salad is as expected- first set of breadsticks were meh but second batch were hot and delicious.- the soup was good.- the chicken parm was deliciously- the spaghetti was bland and lacked flavor. Shocking honestly considering this place should have no issues with that.The customer service was excellent and our waitress made sure to take care of us.The price is decent for their brunch menu.
