Our server (looked like Buddy Holly) was quirky and friendly and we enjoyed his energy. The pizza was very good also!! I heard the burgers were good too so I'm hoping one day I'll make it back there.

Really neat place! So much to look at. We wanted to try something different and ordered the Wild in Havana. Delicious!

We always have good food and a good time here. Our waiter happened to also be the bartender that day and he was extremely nice and waited on us often and accurately. Not sure how they are on busy days or times but I would recommend for bigger gatherings.

Pizza was so tasty and fresh. Definitely an artisan pizza. We had the thin crust house special and the great white. Both were delicious. Very cool setting in the old Coca-Cola factory.

We were traveling down from MN and wanted something easy and different that we don't have back home. We were set on this place called on a Wednesday night got a voice-mail saying if calling during business hours to call back they are too busy. I called 4 times within an hour and got this same recording each time. Online ordering wasn't available for this location so that was out. I would love to review the pizza however we never even got a chance to place an order and had to find something else. For a pizza place to not even have an ability to put people on hold and take their order it's pretty sad and now I have a bad taste in my mouth for this whole chain. Oh well Pizza by the Pound pulled through and was amazing!

We are or were, extremely constant and loyal Mellow Mushroom customers. We were especially excited when they had partnered with Door Dash via their website (we always went through the website because it was cheaper and you could use discounts and promotions). However, when you order a pizza, an appetizer, and a dessert, and the pizza is completely forgotten and Mellow management made absolutely no effort to assist with the situation and simply said “once the order leaves here it’s not our problem anymore you need to contact door dash” and was repeatedly rude about the whole situation we will never return to them. Sure, them losing a customer is no issue to them but this review is to notify other potential patrons to understand that if something is done wrong, management is not willing to work with you to resolve it. Mistakes happen, I understand that but the lack of accountability and assistance was just baffling to me.

Love the atmosphere and the charm of this historic building (the old Coca Cola factory). Their food is delicious, my favorite is the pepperoni pizza. Every raves about the gluten free options.

Walked in today for lunch and was told there would be a 30 minute wait for a seat, but there were about 15 empty tables. Made no sense. The food is ok but doesn’t make up for the lack of service. Not the first experience with sub-par service.

Mellow Mushroom has lost my business. They refused to serve our group, even though we had made reservations over a month ago.

Mellow Mushroom has lost my business. I called about 1 month ago to make reservations for our competition karate team for Sunday evening at 5PM. I called to confirm Thursday and couldn't reach a real person. I reached someone on Friday to be told that they no longer took reservations (they did not call and let us know that we no longer had reservations). Thy said that they were under new management and that we would be allowed to call ahead and they would make accommodations for out party of 25-30. I called Heather Langston and discussed and we decided to go ahead go since we had sent the notice out to the team. I attempted to call from the dojo and couldn't reach anyone. Wm and I rushed over and met Mary-Virginia Shaw and her kids, who were looking confused because they were told by the staff that there wasn't a party expected, even though there were several people in the restaurant. The manager then explained that they didn't take reservations, they had decided to close early, that they had a private party going on, that the equipment was already broken down for the evening, and it didn't matter what we were told before that we would not be served. THIRTY HUNGRY PEOPLE WERE PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT, INCLUDING KIDS WHO HAD WORKED OUT FOR 2 HOURS!!!! Exactly why wasn't we contacted earlier? Why was I told on FRIDAY that they would accommodate us? You lost my business and anyone else that I can tell about your mismanagement. By the way O'Charley's did a fantastic job of serving us and taking care of our hungry kiddos on a very short notice!! KUDDOS to O'Charley's!!
