I'm sure that it's probably a nice restaurant, but they need to work on quality control in the drive-thru. I ordered 2 things - unsweetened tea & nuggets w/sauce. I got sweet tea & dry nuggets w/no sauce. (Thankfully, we caught both mistakes before getting back on the road - had to park, go in & correct.)
Used the mobile app went through the drive through (thought it would be quicker) and still had me pull up bc they just received my order. Like my kids always say some fast food places should be called slow food lol
Your hours of operation need to be adjusted on google. I went to this store at 11:50, and the store was closed. There were dining room chairs sitting in the way of the drive thru speakers preventing customers from entering the drive thru. Not good business practice to be closed when advertised to be open 24 hours.
Drive thru ( 1st window ) kept talking over me. Drive thru ( 2nd ) window was rude.( she was she didn't want to be there ). Food wasn't ready, we had to pull to a parking stall, expensive waited almost 10 minutes & the food was cold. Very bad experience.
Your location on Hinkleville Rd in Paducah KY is an absolute disgrace to your brand.The cashier at 12:20 pm on January 23rd in the drive thru literally screamed at my wife for just asking if they could give her a door dash order through the window as opposed to having to go inside. The reasoning was because the parking lot was completely full.
This is probably the stingiest McDonald’s I have ever been to in the world. First they wouldn’t except their own daily coupon deal from their app on eligible items, then when I did order they didn’t put any napkins in the bag, finally when I grab my order from the drive-through I forgot to get some water and they’re like yeah that’ll be $.30 or something I like the or something it implies here maybe were just pocketing whatever extra money we ask for. I’d highly suggest going to another McDonald’s or maybe just entirely different restaurant.
Got hot fast food. Great for a quick breakfast on the go. Clean restroom and dining area. Friend;ynstaff
Waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru for my order, yes they were busy but other people were not getting their orders either. Ended up having to go inside to get my order and it was pure chaos in there, the employees as there were no customers inside. Was very disappointed but atleast the food was hot fresh and yummy when I finally got it! The cashier refunded my money without me asking which was extremely nice.
As someone who was a nightshift closing manager of Jackson Street under Mike Jr I think it is very sad that this store chose to keep quarter meat up instead of cooking it fresh my quarter was bone dry and burnt and was still served to me not fresh after being pulled up and waiting the full time it would have took to cook I hope Renee sees this post and comes and checks on this store terrible quality of food1-3-22 I wasn't aware that we were allowed to take dining room chairs and signs and block off the 1st lane because we don't want to work both lanes good to know
