Dont go there at night. You get what you get and if you try to call them after you finally get home after waiting in line forever....they dont answer, leaving you to try to explain to a ma aver the next day that with prices the way they are...its not cool to take any losses even if it is just leaving out a happy meal or messing up our other food. Dont worry I wont mention your name. Its petty.
Refused to take orders after midnight even though was in drive thru by 11:45pm and waited 20 minutes for nothing.
I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 2 months because the last time I came through here at lone oak McDonald's The employees were super rude and disrespectful for no reason Well I went back tonight for the 1st time In 2 months And I don't know if someone read my last review And made changes or if they just got rid of the crew who were super distrespectful But I have to say the food was very good it was only a 2 minute wait And whoever was Manning the back window taking orders and paying out should always be in that back window as a previous McDonald's manager He did his job to a T He was super polite he was nice he was quick He paid out my order correctly And actually looked like he wanted to be there today a smile and everything I will come back after the interaction I had today A complete 180 from 2 months ago 4-22-22 at 9:30pm

With 9 grandkids, I frequent the McDonald’s in my town quite often. I can say the Lone Oak location has the best record so far. In this I include speed of service in drive thru, correct order? Happiness of employees. I’m NOT saying anything negative about any of the other surrounding McDonald’s. Just giving this location a Bright Gold Star for near perfect attendance’?
I was actually able to walk inside to place my order at this location, and they were great! Took like 25 seconds to get four breakfast burritos. Great job :)
I was in a rush, at the gas station next door and decided to get a breakfast meal. Not a big fan of fast food establishments so this is a rare happening. It was ok, fast, good service and resonable ($$).
Another disappointment from this location. I have continuously had disappointing food and messed up orders from this location. From burnt food to undercooked eggs to giving me the completely wrong order. This is literally the 6th messed up order this month. Something needs to be done. About the quality of food being sent out. Last time I got a double cheeseburger and I literally broke the bun in half it was so burnt. Today no orange juice and a burnt egg McMuffin. Just sad.
Used the mobile app for faster service. Sat in parking lot for 15 minutes, employee came out said it would be another 10 before my order was ready. No they were not window busy it was early afternoon.
Ordered a large double quarter combo and a side of chicken nuggets. Nuggets and fries were cold but the burger was good.
