I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and 2 lg Dr Peppers. I always get Mayonnaise, extra pickles and extra onion. I repeated this twice and it did show up on my receipt. However, it seems they can't read. There was no extra onions, two pickles (normal amount for a double cheese burger with no special request) and absolutely no Mayonnaise. I can't stand the taste of elietchup by itself. It wouldn't be an issue, except I paid over $5 for those two burgers and I feel like since I'm paying for it, it should come the way I ordered it. If these workers can't read and pay attention to the insteuctions, they need to get a different job
I usually have a good experience here. Whoever the female was working the drive through this morning was very rude. I made a simple order. I asked for a coffee and a soda and she said the soda machine was down, which was not the problem. I did not hear her so I asked her what she said and she proceeds to repeat herself in a tone announciating every word and syllable as to say I was slow or illiterate! Went to Jackson St McDonald's. Everyone was polite and got my order with no problems. At least I know where to go for now on.
Always fresh food but have had a few instances of food left out. Replaced with no issues but just a warning to check your bag.
This mcdonalds has gone down hill. Pull forward to wait for one meal. Handed another customers meal. Was going to hand me food that had been handed to someone else and dont bother with a special order see photo
WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!!would give zero stars if I could!!!Of course they are always messing up orders and extremely rude most of the time but there is 1 girl that works there goes over and beyond to mess with me and my order. She also lies about what they have.Just this morning she told me they don't have any mcgriddles, I pull around and ask the cash (different girl and friendly) if they were just out of Stockard she checked and they did have them. But of course when I get home there was a chicken one in there. All I ordered was 3 sausage.Last night I went there at 11:45pm and all the lights were shut off but employees in ther. I called this morning and talked to a manager and she said now they close at 11pm....on a Friday night , even though they advise they are open 24 hours. No where does it say 11.
The person that took our order didn't seem to cheerful, but I get it. I don't expect everyone to be super cheerful during rush. The other folks that helped us were super cheerful and polite so that made up for it. Thanks crew for being there to serve us breakfast!
It was McDonald's! Appeared clean, staff was friendly, but the inside was very cold. (It would be more honest to have a sign up that dining-in is not encouraged!) I would have gone to Sonic if I wanted to eat in my car.
I was just there getting caramel frappes and I asked for no whipped cream and they had whipped cream on them and they took their hands no gloves and pulled the whipped cream off. When I called the girl on it she yelled at me and said we used the lid. I demanded they be remade and when she brought them out to me she attempted to dump them on me when handing them to me and I stopped her from doing it. I will never go back there again. The level of disrespect there is real but that’s what you get in fast food.
Rude, cold food, disrespectful, worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Gave it a couple months, tried again, now I most definitely want again. Cold food, rude people. Pay more and get better staff
Fries were stale, my burger was the wrong one and super dry, and my coke was somehow watery, syrupy, warm, and barely carbonated.
