Ordered a 2a meal (quarter pounder with cheese)and super sized it. I received half a container of stale fries and didn't get the second drink I ordered.
After waiting in an extremely long line. We finally got our order and once we pulled out and got home half the items were missing and could not get anyone on the phone.
Drive thru, took 4 times to get my order correct
Use the drive up. Lately no one in line when I come up the last 3 times. All other times I pass the lines are full. Not sure what the deal is. Staff good. Food is hot. Service is great now. Just found out Im coming before it closes for the day. It had been 24 hours open. Not now.
Had a good experience and I didn't have to wait long . Wife loves fries with sweet and sour sauce and a large Carmel frappe and I had two big Mac and was very tasty ?.
Literally get your machines fixed I'm sick of never having coffee. Honestly just make the drive to irvin cobb or go to burger king.
Food was great, customer service could've been a little better.
The resteraunt lobby looked like hurricane Katrina, dirty drink areas, windows need a serious cleaning, wife had to have the mcrib sandwich redone, the sauce was running out of the box. The table legs really need cleaned.
