When they first opened I did not like them. I always give new place a second try, I was not disappointed! Their calazones always awesome! Highly recommend!
(Absolute best pizza chain in Paducah. Very consistent. )Ok I posted this the two days later my two almost three year old started asking for pizza so I got online and ordered pizza at 8:30. When I ordered it said delivery time would be 73 mins, I thought ok everyone is short staffed that’s ok I can wait and probably keep my little boy occupied until it gets here. At 10:45 I’m thinking I better just call and make sure because they close at 11 and i wondered if my order didn’t just get misplaced. So by this time my little boy is crying for pizza, so I call the store and they answered “If you ordered pizza we will be issuing refunds later our manager isn’t here we’re short staffed, if you are calling to order we’re closed.” I said I ordered at 8:30 and been waiting and you couldn’t call your customers and explain the situation? He said “No sorry you can talk to the manager tomorrow”, and hangs up. I understand stuff happens, people walk out, people don’t show up. All I expected was at the very least was a call to let me know I wasn’t getting the food I ordered that I was expecting to feed my family, instead we waited 2 1/2 to 3 hours only to be told no pizza and it’s 11 o’clock and we have to try to find somewhere open to go get because at 11 you can’t get anything delivered obviously. So I guess goodbye to our favorite pizza place in the Paducah area.
Alshea (I think I spelt her name right) and the staff working Saturday April 2nd at 9:30 were amazing! We had a bad experience at 3 other places just trying to find somewhere to eat. (We're out of Towners) and we had THE BEST pizza and experience! Thank you guys so much!
Pizza was really good. The food delivery was fast and the delivery man was very courteous. Their chicken wings were to die for ?

Re-ordered last order on my list. Employee made cheese pizza instead, then wanted to us to re-order online instead of in store, and wanted to charge for both pizzas. Not paying almost $20 for a cheese pizza. It was good while it lasted, but won't be going back as long as that employee remains.EDIT: Wanted to follow up myself since it's been a couple of weeks now, and I filled out their form and I've heard nothing back. I did NOT ask for free food or anything like that. I agree with a reviewer below, good pizza, terrible service/management.

We will never be eating or ordering Marcos pizza again. After ordering and paying online, we tried to call because it had been over an hour and we still hadn’t received our food. We were put on hold for over 25 minutes and could hear employees talking in the background. The delivery driver arrived while we were on hold. The driver didn’t even have our full order, and what they gave us wasn’t even hot. We showed them we had been on hold and we wanted our food that we paid for. The driver left and someone finally picked up. It was someone that claimed to be a manager but was very dismissive and had no real desire to fix the situation. Just wanted to refund our money without completing our order because they “didn’t have time”. After being put on hold AGAIN, we were then given to another manager who said she would refund our money and complete our order. I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I completely understand what it’s like to be busy and short staffed. But there is a way to handle these situations and leave the customers satisfied. There’s just absolutely no reason to be rude and act like we were being crazy. No amount of coupons and free food will make us come back!
