This place was a joke for Mexican food. Or should i say an insult!? If you have a food allergy Do Not trust this place. Spoke to server and Manager about the incident and they acted like they did not care their cooks sometimes dont read tickets well. Thank god I looked through the food cause i otherwise would have eaten what i said i could not eat! Will not be back and will not send anyone there.
Pathetic dinners. The wife’s tacos were soggy and dripping water probably from wet lettuce. My entire meal was absolutely COLD. Even the plates were brought out by bare hands which should have tipped us off. They were nice enough to refund our uneaten meals however.
I’m not typically one to complain at all when it comes to when restaurants mess up but this is our 2nd time that we’ve had not the greatest service here. This used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant that we would go to but not after today. We got there at 12:45ish, got checked on once and it was just to ask what our order was because they lost it and that was around 1:20, they brought his food out and he was done eating it before I even got mine, and this is what mine was. It had RAW chicken. I guess they knew they had messed up because after we went to the front to talk to the owner the waiter already took my plate back and left Nelson’s still sitting on the table. Never again
My family and myself eat here all the time. Today with co workers we had lunch, the service was horrid, they had finished eating by the time my food got to the table. It was the exact opposite of what I ordered so of course I had to wait even longer. Fast forward to paying, the manager literally threw my debit card back at me and the rest of my Co workers when they paid. I'm not sure what was going on in there today but service was TERRIBLE!!
I ordered a pick up and when I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food which wasn't a problem because I didn't have anything to do. After I got my food, it was cold like they gave me old stuff. No heat whatsoever. As long as they had me wait while I was there, I would of expected it to be hot, AT LEAST WARM. I guess you got to eat inside in order to get some hot food there. That's probably why they have a "C" on their door for not having foods at the right temperature.
Service was okay, food was overcooked and bland but the price was good. 4 ppl under $60.
Great food with a hard working staff, especially the manager. He makes sure you are taken care of and have Drinks coming. I love it!
This place is amazing. The food is served as it's finished so not all plates come out together but they are hot when they hit the table. We eat here one to three time a week and only ever had to ask for a refill once!!!! Also the Fajita Pina is the best dish on the menu for pineapple lovers!!! Even if you don't like traditional Mexican cuisine there is something here for all tastes!!!
