When we first came in immediately they took our drink orders but was told there was no tea left even though the staff was constantly brining out tea refills. Then our waiter said that they are doing tea refills but not giving out tea. We were sitting at the table about 10 minutes before we had chips to eat with our cheese that was already brought out. Therefore, the cheese was cold. Very dissatisfied with the customer service here l.
Cant make it right when ordering....ever. never again. Ww came back to get it withput onions...as ordered....and the replacement was messed up when we got home!! It had onions....you need to lay off the mota and focus.
The service here has gone DOWNHILL. They have ZERO customer service and its like the cook doesnt understand how to leave onions off despite being told twice...yes twice...its ridiculous. Never going there again.

Next time I'm hungry in Lone Oak, will go next door to Chongs. Sorry to have bothered you. :) Now I know better.
