Table of 4.I ordered the shrimp appetizer and a sweet potatoe for my entree as did my aunt. Our waiter and a coworker brought out our food and we made a remark that we should be receiving another shrimp appetizer because one of them had ranch dip and the other one had honey mustard. I know these are trying times right now and wait staff is stretched. Our waiter was good at making sure that our drinks were full but he never double-checked the order to make sure that everything made it to the table. I never received my shrimp appetizer, only my potato. 20 minutes past from the time that he refilled our drinks until he came back to check on us to bring us our bills. I brought it to his attention that I had been charged for the shrimp appetizer and never received it. He did take it off of my bill and apologized profusely. I guess it was just God's way of telling me to enjoy the sweet potato and the coffee, which I will admit was good. There were no other problems with the rest of the food for the other three at the table. Everything was well cooked and tasty.
My son chose to eat here for his 8th Birthday and we were pleasantly waited on by Ashley Y. She is an amazing waitress and treated us with such kindness and went above and beyond to make his dinner special! My family has decided we want to have all our special occasions celebrated here! Not only did we have wonderful service, the food was delicious as well!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH MY FOOD. OUR SERVER,KAYLA,,WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND COURTEOUS. However the manager,who I asked my server about, named Frank, kept coming by & asking if we were ready to pay..which we were not! I was going to get dessert but finally just paid him after the second time of him asking. I've never felt so rushed! Then, as we were leaving, he was cursing at the hostess..saying "what a b☆☆☆h!" My 10 yr old niece heard him, too! I told him how unprofessional and wrong he was for his actions. Hard to believe this guy is actually a manager! Wow. We wont be back. That guy should be fired!
The service was great & the food was absolutely wonderful. Even when the restaurant was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes until we were able to get a table. We ordered the BBQ ribs & they were the best ribs I've ever had in my entire life. The bread is great too. I could seriously order a ton of it to go. Salads was also one of the best salads ever. I like the fact the cut up the cucumber unlike some places give you sliced cucumber. This was by far one of the best restaurants we have been to in Paducah. We will definitely be back.
Service was amazing wish I would have gotten our waiters name. He was fantastic the entire time, even with a party of 9, two of which are legally deaf and communicate through lip reading and the aid of hearing aids. And another individual who has some special dietary restrictions. They had the music a bit load but kindly adjusted it with a polite request.I had salad and loaded baked potato, both were of generous size and tasted amazing. I had the 6 oz sirloin and shrimp. The shrimp were full of flavor and it was the most tender sirloin I believe I've ever ate and was cooked perfectly to medium. Both of my kids had the children's burgers which one chanted best burger ever for the majority of our visit.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we waited nearly 20 minutes after calling ahead 45 minutes early and being told they should be able to get us right in. To the waiter who took such great care of us I hope you keep doing what your doing because you were great. He'd be worth a trip back alone.
It's Outback but fake Texas instead of fake Australia, and the same high quality that Outback was known for 20 years ago.I recommend ordering light seasoning on the steak or it's incredibly salty, and ask if they can substitute real butter where they normally use some sort of margarine. But really the food is incredible and service excellent for a big chain.
Food was superb. Atmosphere was pleasant. Waitress was wonderful. We had a group of 10 celebrating a birthday. We come here often when we all get together.

I had the 6 oz fillet steak cooked to perfection I love mine rare nobody ever gets it right but they got it perfect it was juicy tender and delicious a friend of mine gave me a gift card for $30 I did not go over that and had some leftover to share with my friends. And another friend of mine just gave me a $50 gift card I’m looking forward to going there again love this place if you want a great steak cooked just the way you like it. This is the place!
The service was great. Our medium rare steak came salted and well done. We told our waitress and manager eradicated the problem. I was able to have a few gin drinks made not on the menu which was nice. Overall a good everyday dine in.
