We came to eat at a slow time about 4 in the afternoon,I order's a porterhouse steak and my wife order a bacon cheese burger with no bun and plain. My steak had no flavor and my wife's burger came out wrong. We sent it back and it took 20 min to come back and it was horrible,bacon was almost raw,and the chips were alright. The waiterss seem to act like she was getting frustrated with us. This is becoming increasingly common with this restaurant.
Our waitress, Britney, was so GOOD. This is the 2nd time we've eaten there and had her as a waitress. She's very friendly and attentive. I can't say enough nice things about her!I subtracted a star because I ordered baked beans with my meal and what I received tasted like chili. Poorly made chili.However, the Maui Steak Skewers are really good. The slice of pineapple goes really well with it and the sweet potato is ALWAYS ?☺️
Todays lunch with the Lunch Buddies was at Logan’s Roadhouse in Paducah Ky. Food was good, service was great and it came out from the kitchen rather fast! Really appreciate that the restaurant manager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. This is a really great restaurant for groups. There are hidden pockets in the restaurant where you can put groups and it makes lunch parties feel private.
On this visit the service was good. The food was less than expected. We both ordered steak, cooked medium. My steak was cooked perfectly, however her steak was medium rare. The steak I ordered was not the quality that I’ve received at Logan’s before. Her steak was a very good quality. Food portions were very good for the price. Over our last few visits, it seems Logan’s has gone down on me verbally quality of everything. We will go back, as we believe there’s always another chance.
Went for a supposedly fun lunch date on a Monday. Server was great and so was management. Y’all the food though. The rolls were still practically dough on the inside. The burger that was advertised as having fried cheese on top was nothing more than a regular burger with two count em two underdone greasy cheese sticks slapped on top. The fries were white as a ghost and still crunchy as a celery stick in the inside. Not to mention the mysterious coagulated butter on both the tops and bottom in the buns. I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen but not compliments to the chef.
Best dam salads in town. Rolls are dam good too. I always get the peppercorn chicken and while it could use a little more sauce it's dam good nevertheless. Best dam coffee. All around dam good.
I doubt I'll ever eat here again. We went here for my daughter's 21st birthday and wish we hadn't. We had a party of six and they messed up 5 of our meals one way or the other.
The service was terrible not 1 order put in correctly(I checked the receipt) salmon was raw in the middle and out of 5 orders while it all came fast there was something wrong on every order. 2 years ago would've given 4 stars but now service is all around poor(except for mixed drinks which was worth 5 stars)
The waitress was really good but the cook staff not so much. My husband and I waited an hr for food and it wasn't busy. We came at a little after four. We were told by management that the printer was down and couldn't be fixed til Tues. I got the chicken tenders and my husband got the chopped steak.we eat here quite a bit. Our waitress was Elizabeth very kind.
A very special Valentine's day for the 2 of us ! Staff friendly polite and took order and. had her take our picture we got engaged today ! Dinner was awesome for the both of us !Logans get a 5* stars!
