HORRIBLE! Did a pickup order and everyone came out of the office high and smelling of weed. After 10 mins of just waiting for help. They put green beans in the bottom of the mashed potatoes and no gravy on the other order gravy that was congealed and the chicken was so old it was hard and dry. I will never return and definitely will be calling to get my money back from the general manager.
WATCH OUT FOR POT HOLES! I warn anyone going to this KFC that the drive thru is terribly managed. Other than that its the same as any other KFC.
Well I had three orders and all three were messed up. I ask for a three piece dinner box with two thighs and a leg my husband got a two piece dark I told them breast and leg our friend ordered dark meat and got white meat. No one got coleslaw just mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. Then my Mt was just at carbonated and I ask for another drink and got it . This is bad. They never said they have no cole slaw either and never said that the Mt dew needed to be. Fixed when I ordered it
12-16-2021 9:00 do not go here if it’s 8:30 or later you will be told there are no tenders and they can not cook them you will also be told that they can only make wings and thighs and that it takes thirty minutes to cook which is a lie and they are about to close when they are still open for an hour have extremely rude service and be made to wait five minutes before your orders even taken so go to Jackson street kfc instead because they will actually serve you and do their jobs as a manager who has ran an entire store before this was completely unacceptable and ridiculous I will forever take my business to south side or Jackson street kfc which is super inconvenient since I live right down the road from lone oak kfc if this store makes some huge changes on their employees and how they treat people at night then I will come back if not I won’t
How is it that a KFC with such terrible reviews that has been getting these reviews for months now is still having the same problems do we just not take our customers seriously or do we not check reviews because the service I received tonight on 12-16-21 at 9 pm was the worst I have ever had in my entire life from any restaurant I was a manager over a entire McDonald's for a year and a half and this was mind blowing that u allow this store to run this way when the other two stores run amazing I hope it changes but I don't think it will since this has been happening for months I will never go to lone oak KFC ever again I will go to a sister store
I took off at lunch drove straight to The KFC which is less than a mile. I sat in line for over 15 minutes behind only one car in line, and then was asked to wait at the side so they would bring it out after I had paid. Another 15 - 20 mins and I am still waiting! I could understand if the place was packed but it was not. I only get 1 hr for lunch, and I have already used half of it just waiting for the food….they just came out to see what my order was and said they were working on it!
Popcorn chicken was so fresh and tender. Was so good. Didnt care for the fries I tried for the first time. Still love KFC

Yeah.), gotten orders incorrect and have screwed up so many times that my family, as much as we love KFC, do not go there anymore. The few times I suggested going again, my wife shuts that idea down fast. When we want KFC we drive to the southside location, which is a lot farther from our home in Lone Oak.
I ordered a 2 pc meal. Thigh and drumstick. The online menu said I would receive one side of my choice, a biscuit, a cookie and a drink. I did not want a drink, which was fine however when I arrived home there were the two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and a packet of honey. I have no idea what happened to the biscuit or the cookie! What was the honey for? Very disappointed to say the least! This was at the 2800 Lone Oak Rd location in Paducah KY. I called and let it ring several times. No one answered but the message that came was “to enter a code”. What?
