It was chaos, utter chaos in that store today. They were short staffed, I counted 4 employees, and those working were trying to cover the drive thru, the dining room and the kitchen. My granddaughter ordered from the attached Mexican restaurant. It was the worst quesadilla I have ever been acquainted with. It was thrown away. My meal was adequate but it took too long to get it and being just cooked it was too hot to eat. Biscuit hard. This is evidently a sign of the times and it's sad.The restroom was below standard, to say the least.An experience like this makes one hesitate to patronize any KFC franchise again. And next time we have business in Paducah we will pack a lunch and eat at the park.
Food was terrible, got the bowls and the chicken that you could find in the bowl was so hard it almost broke my false teeth. It was mostly all potatoes and they tasted like fake ones. Don't think I will be eating there again.
Did a mobile order thinking it would be quicker. After pulling through the drive-thru we were asked to pull around to the other side. We just figured it wasn't ready, but that they would bring it out asap. 30 minutes later and after watching several other people come and go, we were asked what we had ordered. We watched as they went back inside, looked confused, then started putting the order together. After another 5 minutes my husband finally went inside to see what was going on. We finally left with our food 10 minutes after he went inside.
Drive thru was way too damaged to go thru again.
Really was looking forward to a kfc mashed potatoes. Ordered a family size and it wasn’t even a fourth full. Very disappointed. Hopefully it was a fluke and they don’t do it again. Cause there is no way it would have fed a family.also tried calling and no answer. Tacos were good
It was my daughter's birthday and she had her heart set on a pot pie for her birthday meal and to see the expression on her face was priceless now when we go to town she asks for a pot pie from KFC
Always great customer service at this place and the chicken is finger licking good
This Taco Bell/KFC is really great. Most of the time number 1 on the globe. They are clean and friendly. The food is always great.
Me and my boyfriend have been to this restaurant multiple time and every time it gets worse. The last 3 times my food from KFC has been cold and while taking our order they have been nothing but rude. I have worked at a fast food restaurant and I would have been wrote up for being rude towards customers. They are quick yes but everytime I ask for honey BBQ sauce and they always leave it out of the bag or they give me honey mustard. There is a way to work fast and efficiently while still listening and being nice to customers. Wont be back until things are worked out. I don't recommend that store to anyone.
horrible drive thru service lady on the mic was rude not paying attention.. Pepsi I got tasted like cleaner so immediately dumped it out and threw it away.. gave a 20 to pay for 6 dollars worth of food deliberately gave me all 1s instead of a 10 or 2 5s even tho she had them. Probably won't be going back to Paducah for KFC I'll just hit up mayfield.
