Best place to eat fresh quality food. I never has a cold dry food in this store. Very friendly stuff. Even if you go in last minute of closing.

Many times the quality suffers greatly. I've had rancid pickles, wilted tasting coleslaw, burned on the outside and sloppy fatty gross under-cooked inside chicken where the skin slides off in big fatty chunks, tasteless original that smells like old grease, and the list goes on. Every time I go in there something is off one way or another.

My kids are always wanting KFC. We probably get take out through the drive through once a week. My advice is go to the KFC on Jackson Street. They will get your order right and you won’t have to wait long. The Lone Oak KFC on the other hand I have never received the right order and that’s after pulling over to the side of their parking lot that is full of huge craters and waiting 20 minutes. Even though I live close to the Lone Oak KFC I will definitely drive to the other one, it’s worth it.
They only had thighs for dark meat
I had the worst experience of my life at the Lone oak store and will never go back but Jackson Street made up for that they were kind and fast and got everything right even apologized for the other store witch wasn't there fault Jackson Street forever has my business lone oak however will never have it ever tho I live right next door and love KFC I will drive across town before going there
