Rude , rude, RUDE cashier . She was so hateful . She was so busy being rude she messed up my order and I had to wait another 20 mins to get my order . No apologies . She was just extremely rude about it .
The staff is amazing as where the sandwiches
In the past I didn't like this place because my sandwiches didn't taste good and the employees lacked customer service. I recently ate here and this place has done a major turn around. They are under new management and their bread was so soft. They had great customer service and the sandwiches were made correctly. Their service is a little slow (I assume because of all the new staff) but it makes up for the sandwiches tasting great. I will definitely eat here again and tell people about my new experience with this place.
There was one person working doing everything. He was very nice but you could have hurt someone bad with the sandwich that we were served. The bread was so hard it couldn't be eaten. I really like Jimmy johns but because of this bad experience I won't go to one again for years, if they are still in business.
We stopped here during our cross country roadtrip because its right off the highway and WOW we sure do regret it. Wish we would of read the reviews of this location first. We got there at 8:30 and were greeted by three of the unhappiest workers ever. Maybe it was because we came at 8:30, or maybe they just had a bad day but even the short interaction was rough. We felt so unwelcome we has to ask if it was ok if we sat down to eat. They gave us 2 napkins and then got ignored us as we waited at the front counter for 10 minutes to ask for more. On top of that our sandwiches were drenched in vinegar and not made properly at all. We ate what we could as fast as we could and just threw the unedible part away and ran our the door. We love JJs and are past employees of the chain so sucks to see locations this that are just miserable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
Good food great service
Waited almost 2 hrs to get our food and called the store and got no information on our order. I will not be ordering from here again as the woman on the phone couldn’t even help us and it has takin so long to get our food
Wow, delivery driver didn't have half of our order. That normally does not bother me as everyone makes mistakes; however, taking more than an hour to go back to the store and return with the remainder of the order is really sad.
Just ordered a lunch box special and it was so chinsey. Far from worth ten bucks. Got a slice of meat one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. And three pickle slices. Husband got the same box but a turkey sandwich one slice of cheese and one slice of turkey what a joke full cost of both was 23.06 what a joke that is. Will never eat there again. They didn't even ask if we wanted anything else on the sub. And that price is without drink's. California prices with a baby serving. Now I can tell you why subway is better than they are. Shameful.
Terrible store. I used to eat here all the time. The new gm is not suitable for management and is extremely rude. My order has been messed up the last two times. Will not order again. TERRIBLE.
