Just left I Hop, for second time without eating,, in a couple of months. First time about 10 people were in the restaurant no one offered to seat us for over 10 minutes. This time we asked for a booth instead of a table, the kid mumbled that he had just seated people at the booths and he had to sit the next people at tables due to the waitress rotation. We are now seated at the Cracker Barrell enjoying our coffee waiting for our meal, never to return to the I HOP!
IHOP is IHOP is IHOP... No? I have never been to one that disappointed. This location is definitely clean, good service and good tasted the way it always tasted. Their orange juice did taste old but maybe they just don't carry a good brand. Of course we will be back though bc, let's be honest, those cream cheese pancakes are kinds addictive. ? Glad they rebuild after it burned down. Bathrooms were also clean.
This is twice now that I have been here and twice the experience was just awful. Last time they were out of nearly everything we tried to order then the staff nearly had a brawl in the middle of the dining area. This time my husband and ended up canceling his order because after not getting even a glass of water more than 20min after we ordered our meals, the food finally arrived and his was completely wrong. I'll never go back.
That was the worse IHOP that I ever went. We waited for 20 minutes to sit down. Then it took 10 minutes just to be ask what we would like to drink and another 10 minutes while the waitress was bullshiting with a table instead of taking orders. They only had 2 or 3 waitress. Part of the restaurants was closed due to lack of staff. Waitress were going back and forth to check people in. We finely left. This was on 3/26/2022
Food was ok. Seemed to have a limited menu due to Covid, so I am happy they were at least still open. Pacing was slow as seems to be universal at Ihops across the nation years before Covid. Maybe it is a leisurely hospitality thing...
Chantel was a wonderful waitress. She let us take out time ordering but didn’t leave us waiting on her once we decided. She helped us get the best deals for our money and checked on us frequently, but wasn’t overbearing. Highly recommend her!

Awesome Staff,Food, Atmosphere & Service!! Thanks the Corindia Family 2022. Our breakfast was prepared correctly and served in a very timely manner. Our server was very helpful and took the time to get us anything we asked for. I would recommend the Paducah, Ky IHOP to everyone. The building is almost new and our experience was great. We didn't get to thank the whole staff but maybe this review will express that thanks and help others. Not often anymore are there places where you have an all around good experience but this was Definitely a positive one for the books. Thanks again!! '22's looking up!!!
We've been here about 5 times since they rebuilt it after the other 1 burnt down. The food is always good and the service is mostly good. They are short staffed like everyone else during these times so service is a little slower but if you get the right waitress it makes it better because they're always checking on you and updating you on your order. There are also waitresses that stay as far away from the table as they can, as there are everywhere, and they make visits worse. But overall we have had good ones more often than the bad ones.
If you want to eat in a timely manner this is not the place to go. We were seated at a table and put in our order and had to wait over an hour before we got our food. The restaurant was only maybe half full the entire time we were here too. Will not be going here again anytime soon
