At 7:00 a.m. this morning, I was yelled at by the manager out back of the restaurant for parking in a parking spot to go over to Starbucks. Despite their being no signs posted that I was not allowed to park or that it was specifically only employee parking. She proceeded to threaten to have my car towed. I already don't like five guys, and I especially won't be eating there now. I don't know what gives her the right to think that they can own all the parking spots in the back of the building, especially at 7:00 a.m. when their business is not even open yet.Don't worry, I'll be proceeding to continue to park there and if she tries to tow my car I will be suing.Update: attached is a photo of the parking spots where I parked, clearly you can see there are no signs or markings stating it's "Employee Only" or "Reserved". Also I contacted Paducah police and let them know of the situation so if anything happens to my car when I park it there they'll know who to talk to first for illegally towing cars and being threatening.

If you are a guy and wondering what it’s like to have something up your hind end, come to five guys. One look at the menu will let you know that you are about to get *. I just got * out of $7.20 for a burger. God forbid I wanted fries or I would have spent another $3.90 cents. A burger and fries set me back $11.10 before the government added their rent on top (tax) My Dasani cost me $2.00 extra. So for a “meal” I was * out of $13.10. I would be scared to bring a friend as even the wealthiest of people, like Mr. Amazon man himself, Jeffrey Bezos would have left with with a limp after being *ed so hardFood was good, tried to fill out the survey and I got kicked off the website. Sincerely, Disappointed.
Took 1 hour to get food, lame excuse of putting air in tire, everything cold, buns so wet they were gross, had to throw all away
Was order number 19 last night it was the worst service I’ve ever had at a five guys. I got to my motel and my fry’s weren’t even in the bag it sat over there waiting for ever but never got them. I feel I probably wast the only upset customer there last night it was pretty bad doubt I will be returning to this location.
This Five Guys was very good. The service people were friendly and professional and the place was clean. Great burgers and fries. Quick service
