If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Hubby had the stuffed shells with garlic shrimp that I even thought was very good considering I'm not a ricotta fan. I had the small speghetti meatballs which was really a generous serving. Of course the bread sticks are better than we've ever had anywhere, so buttery and garlicky. The staff are really an asset to this raurant, very kind people.A nice clean restaurant!

Good place for unlimited Breadsticks. The Ultimate Sampler is a great way to get several classic Italian dishes in one go.

I have never used Fazoli's takeout options. They had a really good family dinner menu. I was able to feed my family of 3 plus we had leftovers for lunch for about $35.00I will definitely use this option again!!

Fazoli's at this location never disappointed our family with their Quality of food, hospitality and cleanliness of their restaurant. They even have Gluten Free options(besides salad ? ?)Although,Men...I must warn you. The men's room, is clean...but very close quarters and the close to 1/2" crack between the toilet stall door and the divider between the urinal aligns very closely in-line with the toilet stool and the center line of the door as other patrons looking for your seat can almost make eye contact and make your personal experience feel vulnerable to those who do more than just jiggle the handle and attempt to welcome themselves to your temporary lease on the exposed seating. If your one that gets kinda tensed up at the thought of public relief of your bowels...it might benefit you to safely stroll to the fivestar, fully equipped with a private door, ceramic tile lined walls and a plunger in the event you shamefully clog a toilet besides your own. This stall at fazoli's men's room leaves little to the imagination.Good luck!

Ordered from the kiosk, after 20 mins I finally asked and they “forgot to cook my order.” I asked for a refund since I wasn’t going to have time to eat. I had to go back to work. One of the employees offered me a free piece of cheesecake for the road though. Wasn’t her fault. Not sure what happened.

Wheelchair access is a royal pain to get to. I had to sit in middle of parking lot and wait for cars to get out of the way of ramp. Sidewalk barely wide enough to maneuver chair. Then the entrance door weighs a TON, and I couldn't open it. Again, Sidewalk so narrow I couldn't turn around to leave so I very slowly backed up ALL THE WAY to end of Sidewalk and backwards down ramp.

The boneless wings are amazing & my daughter loved her chicken Alfredo this time (gotta be new cook) it wasn't dry & had enough sauce & the chicken was actually enjoyable didn't taste rubbery like last time my baby chicken Alfredo was so bad she didn't eat it

The cashier was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food served here. The food came out as ordered and was hot and good. I do recommend Fazoli's at this time.

I'd have to give it 5 stars considering it's fast food but it's actually really good, I got the meatball sub which was delicious and grand daughter always gets lasagna and loves it!! My wife got the chicken carbonara, she liked it. Prices were about $9 each plus drinks not bad

The $5.99 lunch was thankfully appealing as I had 3 adults to feed and money was tight but then I saw the fried cheese balls that were available as a side/appetizer. Granddaughter had lasagne, Son had chicken alfredo, both had salads with slivers of shaved parmesan. I got a small drink, the cheese balls to share with them. 3 people, a great satisfying lunch for just over $20. Service was good but the woman watching over the dining room checking tables, picking up, filling drink cups... well, she was professional, cordial, and never intrusive. I just happened to see her throwing on a coat to leave but I managed to get her attention. The $2. tip I gave her was paltry but it was all I had left. I apologized that it wasn't more and she remarked that it was the recognition she appreciated. She made our experience memorable. Yes.
