Did get what I ordered but like dunkin. The lady waiting on us was worried about the drive-thru then taking our order. Need more front counter attention. Yes there was someone already taken care of the drive-thru.
Doughnuts were stale and very limited inventory on offer. One time visit only.
This store is awesome! Omg. Literally the best coffee is Paducah, it has helped me through MANY tough days. They're always chill here, they have a GREAT attitude, they always put up with whatever annoying requests I have for my drinks, they're fabulous! Please come by if you haven't.

I'm very disappointed they discontinued the ham. You can buy sausage anywhere not the ham egg and cheese croissants. Please bring it back
Donuts were subpar and mediocre. I went around 2:30 and bought a dozen.
Unfortunately, espresso machine was down. Therefore, no lattes available. Usually great service, however, disappointing today.
Love their drive through & location. Super nice employees.
It's getting better. I do hate that everytine I order a drink, ordered the exact way I do everytime it comes out different.
