Million cars in the drive thru here because inexplicably the lobby is closed unlike every other place in town. Can’t call in an order and you have to pick a delivery service. So not worth it at this location when there are several Dunkin’s that are open for customers. Skip this location unless you like to work hard just to get a donut. 15 minutes to wait in the drive thru is no convenience at all. I’m driving to the Dunkin’ that is open as normal and I’d have donuts faster including the drive time than this location.
There is ALWAYS a line for the drive-thru. And the lobby is closed AGAIN due to some fake uptick in COVID numbers. You’d think they would figure how to get the line to move faster, I ordered online and my ice was half melted by the time I got through the line! Ridiculous!! The drinks are good though
My coffee was good. Young people behind counter had more important things to discuss and do than take care of an old woman and a young mentally challenged girl. Priced high, high! I will never return.
Cold Chai latte was AMAZING but that's all I got from that order. Not the half dozen donuts I ordered. Just 4 munchins
Got a dozen donuts to go. Seemed fresh & high quality. Location is quite tricky to get in & out of. Be aware of that. Great service & atmosphere.

The coffee is amazing! I got the pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it was the best coffee in Paducah. The staff were so sweet first thing this morning and I was surprised by that because there was a line out on the street for quite some time which meant the staff were working really hard.
The service was extremely slow with an ample number of employees working. The first cup of coffee was lukewarm. The second cup was missing sugar. They had to keep asking me to switch what type of bagel I wanted because they were out after telling me they had it. After waiting for another few minutes I was told they ran out of butter for my bagel. Not a great experience.
