My husband and I stopped by the other night. We ordered four blizzards, to take home, with a burger and fries. Only the drive thru was open and it wasn't the friendliest of service. At first they gave us the wrong order because too many people were trying to run the drive thru, took that back, then gave us all the blizzards while we waited for the burger and fries to get finished. Needless to say, our blizzards we're half melted by the time we got home.
Ordered 2 hamburgers, fry & banana split got 2 cheeseburger meals, 2 Fry's, 2 waters for $1.50 more than they quoted!

This is not a bad place to stop by for a quick bite and some sweets. The food is good and the employees are nice. the service was really fast and the staff was very nice!

There biscuits are soft way better than McDonald's I get egg cheese biscuit with mayo I get it every time McDonald's don't give me mayo biscuits are hard I have no teeth so DQ is my to go
This is the newer of the local dairy queens it also the best one. Draffenville KY location l being the next best one. This Southside location is always fast and consistent. They have only gotten 1 order wrong out of over 100 visits. (Yes I love my ice cream). They are also cheaper than any of the other dairy queens. I order he same thing every time and when I visit the Calver city location my order is $1.30 more expensive than Southside Paducah location anyway nothing but good things to say about this one

Southside store needs to close for deep cleaning! Service was good, so they obviously have adequate staff, but the state of the store has gone way beyond"clean as you go". If the kitchen was in the same state that we found the dining area and the bathrooms it wouldn't be safe. Looked like they'd locked the doors the night before and hadn't cleaned tables nor mopped. Sad as it's a great location, relatively new store and owned by the same folks as the wonderful DQ by Bob Noble Park. Give this little restaurant some attention, please!
Stood at the register for ten minuets with no help, no greating, no be with you in a sec, just stood there. ? No bueno.
