Everyone working at 6:30pm on July 3rd is a champ! They got our order to us fast, they were super friendly, and the food was great!
Culver's has yet to mess up my order or disappoint. Their made to order approach does take time, but the waiting spots and bringing the food to my car make it a smooth experience. The staff always seems friendly and happy to be there.
First time eating here. The wife and myself got the crispy chicken sandwich, 2 boys got the butter burger and the 3rd got some chicken strips. All were delicious. The food got to the table just shortly after we filled our drink cups and got set at a table.
It's like stake and shake but much cleaner, better tasting, and without the public staffing drama. The food is good and prices great! Sometimes the drive thru is long and the food is kinda tossed in the bag, but on the go and wanting a burger this place is hard to beat.
Culver’s is one of those “fast food” (for lack of a better word) places that you can count on for fresh food EVERY TIME!Avoid the other more well known chains that uses frozen patties. Culver’s uses fresh ground beef and cooks each burger to order. They other offerings too but I can’t speak to them as I have not had anything else on their menu besides, burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and their custard.The fries are crinkle, my personal favorite cut! (Order them extra crispy), Onion rings, for me, we’re just regular onion rings. Cheese curds are also good since where I live, in the south, no one knew what cheese curds were. (I’m from up north. I knew what they were and would eat them not fried).Their custard is also top notch! Daily flavors! Tons of different mix-ins!Also, the staff is trained to make you feel welcome!
Amazing food, and amazing customer service. Young man went out of his way to get my daughter a cup of water and my wife some coffee creamer. Definitely would recommend!
We waited 15 min for ice cream and people that was behind us got food before us. We won’t be back to this Culver’s ever. Service is too slow.
The experience and Culver should be uniform no matter the location.Ordering was quick and pleasant even with a line.food delivered to table quickly, was hot and fresh and tastey.servers were very friendly.I'll probably no be in the are again, and Culver's is not usually a first choice for me But it WAS a good experience .except the country music playing, that was the only negative.
Went thru the drive thru lane at high noon and didn't have any problems at all! Sometimes I make a special request just to see if they would follow what you say and sure enough this place does! Friendly smiles, repeating what you say to make sure the order is right, and quick delivery makes an amazing restaurant even better! Love everything I have had here, but like they say, my eyes are on the burger and fries!! .... and the fresh frozen custard tops it all!!!
I don't leave a lot of reviews, but we came here to eat tonight. The food was as good as usual, but Alec on counter was very friendly, unlike many fast food restaurants now-a-days, greeted us and made suggestions off our questions. You guys got a winner with Alec!
