Good place to get great ice cream and waffle cones.
2/19/2022 5:30pm. Four of us each tried different flavors. Was our first visit. First off the ice cream tasted great, really good flavors and very tasty. Better than other places we have been to. There were about 6 people in front of us. More came in as we waited so they were busy. Only 2 employees working. Observing how things were going in front of us it was apparent that the employees were less than enthused to be there. Our turn came. Let's just say there was no smiles and a careless attitude. I/we tried to be friendly . Had a couple questions and it obviously was an inconvenience that we were there. I feel sure they were ready to be anywhere but working. But that's your job. We are the type that will be understanding with things but a least try to make the best of it and treat customers nicer. Will be awhile till we return simply because of the service.
The icecream is delicious but I waited for a very long time in line with only 2 people out serving. On a Saturday. Anybody who has or does work in the food industry knows you need more than 2 people on a Saturday. The workers were very nice and apologized but the line just kept getting bigger with the same amount of workers. I don't know if they are just understaffed or if this is a problem with management but something needs to change.
Friendly service, great selection..went the with lucky charms flavor, a first for me, but I really enjoyed it!(52 years old) ?⬅️
one of the workers was absolutely rude while I was there. she was constantly talking over her coworkers while ordering everytime he was doing something or taking an order and I just thought it was very disrespectful and rude for someone to do that.
Take cotton candy out and put banana in
Worst customer service. There were two young girls just gossiping in the back and didn’t even come out to take my order until I notified them I was there. Then I get a like it size (not cheap by the way), and she isn’t wearing gloves and just touching the ice cream - barely giving any, which was annoying since the medium size is expensive and I got a small serving, then she rudely rings me up and tells me to sign the receipt without giving me a pen (or even having sanitized pens available), and I didn’t give a tip because of the bad experience she was providing me & after I handed her the receipt, she looks at the receipt to see if there’s a tip. I was blown away at such unprofessional and poor people skills that Cold Stone allows their employees. Bad training on their part. Then she doesn’t give me a spoon, so I ask her for it but she ignored me with her back turned towards me and her co-worker had to notify her that I had asked her a question before she turned around with her cellphone in hand and tossed me a spoon. Her name started with a K. Kayla or Kaylin? I’m not sure but I know because of her I won’t be returning to this place or recommending it to anyone because of how bad she treated me and made the overall experience.
This place is perfect for ice cream lovers... I always think of it as subway and ice cream put together. They got any thing you could think of for ice cream and everything is delicious. The staff and sweet and professional FOR THE MOST PART. but not all the time... I'll definitely recommend this to anyone.
