Kid friendly and nice place

First time going back since I was a kid n I don't really remember ot when I was little so taking my little one was awsome lol so many games the photo booths it was great I may or may not have had the best time out of all of us there????

This was the worst 5 mins of my life! I drove over and hour to bring my son for his first time. Meanwhile, we walk in and as I'm getting the kids inside I said let her see your hand not even paying attention to the boy that was in front of me and which LOOKS like a boy. He said "I'm a boy" in the rudest manner and I turn to look at him for the first time and I apologize immediately. We move on, we go to then counter to get some pizza and tokens. The young girl with braids never made eye contact, as if we were a burden on her even though it is ONLY 8:30p and they close at 10p. My husband who is very easy going just looks at me and says you just want to leave I said no, it's for the kids. Then we finish ordering, and she continues the attitude, I look over and told him lets go. Looking back at her I say. I think we will just go somewhere else since you guys are all rude. She snickered and then started laughing at the counter. I just took my business elsewhere!!! I have never been treated so poorly! My son got the worst Chuck E. Cheese experience ever! Wooow!

Good experience. Grandkids love going there. But almost $12 for the Salad Bar??? Believe me I understand how everything is so expensive now. I understand how restaurants are experiencing this as well. But really. Maybe add just a 1 trip and give a bowl for a lesser price. Just a suggestion.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was much cleaner and brighter than I remember from years ago. My oldest child was happy to find there are no animatronics as she was worried on the way there about a possible Five Nights At Freddy's type of scenario. There were a few games that werent working, but no signs indicating that they were down. However, the kids had a blast and that was the entire point of going.

Half the games wouldn't work or was out of order. They still turned them on like it worked & it took ur points but the game didn't work. At least 8 games were like that. Price for food is really high. Be ready to leave broke haha

It's a great place to take children for birthday parties as well as for pizza, fun and games.

Had my daughter's 4th birthday there and it was AWESOME! The staff was great and prices reasonable. It's not the same Chuck E Cheese like I remember from years ago but still a wonderful place and lots of fun for the kids...and adults too. My daughter was absolutely thrilled to meet Chuck E. Cheese! A big thank you to the staff who helped make this memorable day the best!

Pizza was really good alot of fun games and the security was very well. Will go back.

Some of their food and other stuff can be pricey but it does vary on some things it just depends on what you get. But instead of coins you can buy a play pass. Get what amount of play you want loaded onto the play pass. All in all it's a great place to fun with the whole family.
