This place is a joke we got seated and when we got our drink told the lady we needed a few more minutes to order and she just started taking order I said I needed a few more minutes. Then when we order got egg rolls which is on the appetizer section so that should come before the meal and they came well after the meal and she said oh sorry they were cold when I went to bring them out well if you hadn’t of forgotten them we wouldn’t have this problem. Never once got a refill on our drinks. Then had to go ask for our own to go boxes. Never got a check so we just decided to go to the front to pay and I guess the manager lady said where’s ticket idk ask the waitress we seen twice. So for 3 people it was 53 bucks that’s insane. For wasn’t even good and service was just as bad.
BUGS IN FOOD!! I’m including several pictures! I went here for Mother’s Day. First they forgot that they seated us, so no one ever came to our table. So I ended up ordering to go. We got our food, and left. I ate an egg roll, chandler ate an egg roll, and hunter ate an egg roll. I got my second egg roll and took a tiny bite off of the top and there was BUGS COOKED INTO IT. Two different bugs!!! We immediately turned around, went back. The Owner argued with us and said that there was no bug. There was literally a face and legs. She took the bug out. Held it and literally said it was not a bug. Another customer was up there and said yes it is. She said she would refund the one egg roll. Two people from the kitchen also came up and argued with us. Finally I got a full refund. No one ever apologized, just argued. We contacted the health department and I was sure to take photos. I have never had anything like this happen and I feel physically ill!!
Tried this place for the first time and it was horrible. The breading on the egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken had a donut taste. The fried rice tasted like cigarettes and the noodles were bland and flavorless. The prices are also high for the quality of food that we were served. The only reason why I’m giving it a one star was because the server we had was a nice young lady.
The service I received today on a $90 online order was horrendous. The food wasn’t that great either. I had 5 different meals along with sides. When I asked the checkout person for more soy sauce she just kept saying there’s some in the box. There were 5packets. When I checked out the food like she asked I might add and had questions she was extremely rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money.
Sweet and Sour chicken was spicy. Fried rice was a little off but edible. Crab ragoon was overly greasy. Duck sauce/Sweet and sour on the table was the consistency of water, way to thin. You could tell the oil was old and needed to be changed. About halfway through dinner I put my hand on the table where nothing had been and realized it was sticky. I don't know if it was a bad night or a new cook, but this is my first and last experience here.
Wonderful food at an affordable price. Food for my meat loving husband and plenty of vegetarian selections. No wait. Nice environment and a friendly staff. Plus a A rating right on the door. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself.
Great food friendly and kind staff very clean
January 22 2022. Horrible food. Service bad. My soup barely warm. Crab rolls taste was bad. Shrimp was like battered in pancake batter, large amount of fried batter and very small shrimp. My friend liked the rice. But very disappointed in the rest. We had to stop there. All the big chain restaurants were packed. My brain didn’t work. Very empty parking lot should had been a clue that food sucked. I will never go back.
I miss the old times and the great buffet. Everything was good. One problem is that our appetizer came at the end of our meal.
most workers there are nice but the one girl up front is rude hung up on me my neighbor offered to pick me up some food cuz they were going there to eat but they will not let you 8 in after 7 p.m. because of covid. What the heck sense does that make so you can get covid at night but not during the day how stupid. so I ordered through doordash they text me they were two minutes from being to my house which I'm 5 minutes away but I'm getting over cancer and have not been driving they build my card and I never did get my food all I got was another text saying my order had been cancelled so I called them back and the owner got on the phone and he hung up on me 5 times. Raby and Waylon started those restaurants in Paducah in the very beginning and they would never have treated people that way the owner at the one in front of the mall is a big prick yes I said prick so I guess this probably will put me in Facebook jail for 30 days I've never been there before but there's a first for everything but that pissed me off especially when I eat there at least twice a week. I reported them to Regions and filed a complaint and I got my money back he told me he charge my card and I can pick my food up the next morning. Some of those people are totally straight up batshit crazy
