Slow, waited for 30 minutes inside. They said they called my name but some of us are elderly so I guess we didn’t hear. We sat there waiting for 25 minutes before asking and then they said it was moved to “unclaimed food” I just question why they never asked us even though multiple employees looked at us and questioned it. Our cashier was Jeffery at 6:43pm on 06/08/2022. We finally got our around 7:25. I love chic fil a but I am upset for my family. Our food was cold by the time we asked them.
Very disappointed n the 1 by kholes.I go there all the time and door dash food from there and they ran out of cups when I ordered a frozen coffee and they said it only comes in 1 size but the size they gave me was a tiny kid meal like cup which should of been $3 but they charged me $5.15 they should of gave me 2 tiny ones that would of work too. Oh sorry we are out of the reg cups ill give u 2 tiny 1s that would of been fine . and I asked the door dasher if that was right and she checked it for me it was wrong not right cup and over charged. Then couple days went by the dasher told me she tried ordering the same thing and they gonna charge her $6 wth. I guess I'll either go to the 1 in the mall or duncan donuts for my frozen coffee..
It's Chick Fila...what red blooded, meat eating human would dare question the quality of their savory pressure fried dumplings of formerly feathered friends? The food quality was excellent. We purchased 2 nugget trays...1 grilled and one original for a birthday party.( All the little girls were excited to devour those pearls of poultry excellence...with all the complimentary sauces they could dress the pieces in to create a custom experience for every attempt to quench ones soul for the glorious nuggets...My wife had previously called the order in , so it would be prepared for a prompt in and out...and for the most part it was pretty easy to walk to the counter and mention her name and request the order for pickup...The pickup ...Hmm...To those who have played the " Crossy road" app.,I parked my truck safely in a corner that appeared to have easy egress and then realized I had to hop between two lanes of drive thru traffic, and one lane of customers slobbering over their bags of savory things engineered to enhance mood, boost confidence and provide serious distraction to otherwise safe and qualified drivers. It's hard to distinguish whether the little fellow at the kiosk is waving a checkered flag as I attempted to cross or if the patrons are just that anxious to get his attention first.Long story short, customer traffic can create unexpected long wait times, dodgeball technique honing and opportunity to get to know other church members longing for the same thing opportunities for personal satisfaction through chicken consumption.Overall experience... challenge the car lane, level up to the door, grab the goods and reverse your previous jaunt through traffic and you too can drive off with a serious opportunity to impress your guests with great tasting Chick Fila!?
I used to love Chick Fil a, until i started going to the one on hinkleville rd in Paducah. I dont know if they just dont know what crispy or well done fries are or they just make all the fries as raw as they can, but no matter what i do i can not get a well done fry from this place, i never bring my food back into places to get remade, i tried it once here to have my fries redone, but that was a waste of time, they came out even more soggy than the first set of fries. I always ask for well done or crispy fries and i guess they think that means just make them as raw as you can and toss em in the bag. For how long we wait for food there you would think theyd make it a little better.
Very good friendly, good quality and hot food. I never have cold food from. Drive through a bit crazy but fast moving. Avoid Dinner time. Walk in inside is good.
As always the staff is exceptionally nice. Our food arrived at our table in minutes, hot and fresh. Our drink orders were correct. The store was impeccably clean. We will eat there again.
Ordered delivery, my food hasn't showed and i was starting to wonder about it, when I got a call from Levi, the Director of Operations. He asked if I had my food and proceeded to explain there was a glitch but he was personally delivering my food and comping my meal. He did exactly that and gave me a couple meals on him. Chick Fil A never disappoints.....even if they have a hiccup they make things right. Customer Service at its best, the rest of the world should take note. Well done.

I mean what’s not to love!! After dealing with all the other big fast food chains where you can’t even get an extra ketchup without being charged. It’s always such a breath of fresh air to go here. And their chicken egg and cheese biscuit is to die for!! ?
Be prepared to wait as they are very slow to get through the line but well worth the wait everytime.
