Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on May 26, 2020, after a high school graduation. We had a party of 10 which I guess was too much for them to handle. Food was good, however took for ever to get the food and when we started get it, it was for one or two people at a time. We did not come in together to eat at separate times. There was never any supervision/ manager going around checking in things.

I visited this place twice in a week. Both visits were good. Service as well. I will return.1st visit: sat at the bar- Bartender was Jamaica. She made me feel welcomed. She was friendly and warm, funny and very hospitable. She was fast and great at her job! Strawberry Lemonade. Also a shot of Vodka. She followed directions well and fixed my order as I asked. My lemonade and my shot. Period.Order:Street tacos: PHENOMENAL??Freshly prepared, perfect kick with flavor, even the shredded chicken has flavor. Whatever the sauce is that's drizzled over them is delicious too!1st visit:boneless wings: NOPE?Not fresh. Actually COLD wings. No exaggeration. They were cold and tough. I have never experienced that before. I ate ONE wing. It's a no for me....2nd visit: 4/25Bartender don't know her name because she never introduced herself. She was friendly but that's about it. Same order: she put my Vodka shot inside my glass with the lemonade. 1st of all you never know if you're getting the entire shot when they do this. Didnt taste like an entire shot.Street tacos: PHENOMENAL againTraditional wings: better than the boneless. They were fresh and the Chipotle bbq rub was awesome and SPICY

The server was amazing! We met two other people that night they got their food 30 mins before we got ours when the server brought our food she said she had already talked to her manager they took our food off so all we paid for was our drinks. The food was VERY good!! Definitely will be going back

The burgers here are juicy and filling. The Ultimate Nachos are a good appetizer to start a meal.

No wait for a table. Appetizer was fair. We got the trio with chips - salsa (not recommended) ,guacamole (needed seasoning), and the cheese dip (YUM). Had to ask for more chips though.Boneless wings have to be ordered 10 or more to get any flavor variety, so I got way more wings than I wanted, and they all tasted the same anyway.Hubs got a Buffalo & blue cheese smashed burger. Good taste. Fries were fresh & hot.House beer was cold although a bit tangy. Don't order a mixed drink, stick to beer.Overall, I'd go back but would order something different.

We have ordered carry out from this establishment a MINIMUM of six times over the last 12 months for carry out. Every single time we have ordered for carry out it has been wrong. While the receipt is correct we are either missing items and or just receive completely incorrect items altogether. Tonight we were missing TWO ORDERS OF FRIES; an EX-WET order of wings turned to EX-dry seasoning (even with the box marked correctly!!); THREE dipping sauces; our Ultimate Nachos had nothing but cheese on them and the EX-wet traditional wings and barely enough sauce to taste. Every time we order it’s for a family of four and when we dine IN there is never an issue. However, with COVID and a typical extra curricular schedule that comes with a family of four, dining IN is not always the best option. If BWW wants to maintain its business in this area, the kitchen and host staff really needs to step it up. This is ridiculous.

Had a great night with my family. Our server Zach was great, real funny and personable guy. He was quick with drinks and making suggestions food wise. Great place if you have time, food isn't quick but it was top notch.

I understand a lot of restaurants are understaffed. First time I've been to BWW since it first opened. Only the second time I've ever been there. Had a bad impression then and again tonight. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash was all over the dining room. Straw papers were everywhere. The bathroom was just as bad. The toilet had been peed on. Paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. Our server seemed to have an attitude problem. I ordered a sweet tea. It took over twenty minutes just to get drinks. Then he brought me a mountain dew and had an attitude when I asked him to bring me a tea. He even mumbled under his breath tho it was so loud I couldn't hear him. But my boyfriend did. He said the server commented Oh Lord. My food was brought out but nobody ever brought silverware or napkins. I was never offered a straw. When my boyfriend's food was brought out I was finally able to get some napkins. The person who brought his food was the first person who seemed helpful and friendly. We tried to get several people's attention when I got the wrong drink. They would walk away then turn their heads and look back but continue on to whatever they were doing. The first thing I noticed when entering the restaurant was the B on the door (health dept score). Considering how filthy the dining room and bathroom was I would hate to know the condition of the kitchen. I just tried not to think about it because I was hungry and my boyfriend likes BWW and I knew he wanted to eat there. I normally don't write reviews but our experience was terrible. I ordered the appetizer plater. And I asked for bbq sauce on the side, dry boneless wings. My wings were drenched in bbq sauce. Not what I asked for. But with the waiters attitude and being hungry I didn't complain. The onion rings were cold and soggy. I wished I had ordered a burger but considering the waiter couldn't even bring me wings with sauce on the side I know he wouldn't have gotten my burger right. My boyfriend tipped him before he paid the bill. The server had the audacity to ask if he could keep the change from our ticket. If he really needed $0.98 cents that bad he should find a better paying job and not be a waiter. He wasn't a very good waiter anyway.

Enjoyed this place thoroughly until I heard the man (who was identified as the Service Manager Derek Patterson) mock a server and her autistic son. Then continue to berate her. I’m going to make sure I blow this up on every form of social media and begin a protest of Paducah Buffalo Wild Wings until he has been removed from his position entirely! Absolutely disgusting for someone in authority. Or anyone for that matter to make fun of children with special needs.

As a chef I am very disappointed at the service and the quality of the food that I ordered if you’re from out of town and ordering online do not order for pick up this place clearly can’t make online orders on time. This restaurant was empty and my order took over and hour after the time said to be done. Food was all cold and trash! If your not eating in. Don’t order out. They suck
