First of all, the man, I think the manager, who waited on us acted like we were inconveniencing him by coming in. Second, he was very rude while we were ordering then after paying made the comment "Wow" for all to hear when we walked off. Yes we had a huge order, over $100, but I would think in this economy, restaurant's would be thrilled for that kind of business. Funny they are playing Christian music but this is how he acts.

The gyro wasn't the best I've ever had there. The meat was mostly in the middle with nothing but their sauce on each end. The curky fries were goid.

We got reubens the last time in there, and they were awful. We could not even chew the corn beef, The corned beef was full of gristle, if you took a bite it pulled all of the meat off of the sandwich. If you want a good Reuben, go to Culver's.

well i was going to get a big roast beef sandwhich and on the website it says that they are still open i calked and no they said they were closed i understand that sometimes places close early but everytime on sun they are closed around 9:30 whicj it says they are open til eleven. they need to change it on the website

Let me begin by saying this the food was okay I have had it better from there the staff the day I went just seemed to not care to give me my full order but all good I eventually got it

Ordered a meal and didn’t get my fries. Me and my friend got a beef and cheddar, but got no cheddar on either sandwich. And I asked for arbys sauce and they put “horse sauce” instead, whatever tf that is. Also everything they sold us was far from freshly made. Anyways I live in Illinois so there’s no point in wasting gas for some fries and arbys sauce, but I’m very unsatisfied with their services. This location specifically definitely sucks.

While I had an easy order and the cashier was nice enough to me personally, I witnessed her yell and speak rudely to almost every other customer as I waited and rushed everyone as they ordered, interrupting them with questions that, had she listened, she would have known the answer to. I have been in customer service all my life and I've never been rude as she was. Maybe just a bad day for Shana. I'd put her in a non-customer facing position. She is quite lucky that her customers didn't give it back to her the way she was.

Horrible!! Food was ok but didn't get everything we ordered. Spent over $30 and half the stuff was missing. Took forever in the line with only 1 car in front of us. Definitely won't be stopping back there!!!

Ice cold and not safe to eat! Tried to call and no response. Spent $30 and couldn’t eat anything! Eat here if you want food poisoning!

Knowingly allowing covid infected employees to work. Will never return.
