Ordered a large roast beef and cheese sandwich. Was expecting the shaved roast beef and got some kind if mystery meat that comes in a package at a grocery store. AWFUL! Never again will I order any roast beef from them
FOOd was great...CURLY FRIES HOT AND SEASONED...DiD not have to wait long for the CURLY FRIES waiting in line...you willnever go wrong withHorsea sauce...food was Devine
I went through the drive thru during this visit. Had to wait a little which is to be expected. Food was good. No napkins in the bag with the food. These small touches make a large difference. Lady at window was really nice and friendly. Will I return, absolutely!
Have tried to eat here 3 times now all before 8pm and in the last 3 months. We were going to use drive through AFTER checking online to ensure they were open and gathering everyone’s order only to pull up to a pitch black restaurant every single time. So disappointing.
Lone oak Arbys is definitely about going above and beyond! I couldn’t get the app to work and the GM was so sweet and understanding. She tried to take my payment over the phone but because she didn’t physically have my card it wouldn’t work. She blessed me with my meal for free! Thank you so much! The food is always good no matter the location. When I go to arbys I know what in getting. Would be 5 stars but they don't have the 5 for 10 anymore. Sad day!
The rooms are HUGE. Some updates would be nicer, and a little better set of pots, pans, and utensils would help. The showers tried to boat your skin off, but the bathroom sinks would barely rinse off a toothbrush. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the hottub was really nice. It was always very clean and beautiful outside. Very well kept. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot.
Curtious, polite, friendly, curly fries and good sandwiches. Little or no wait and good prices. This is the place for good healthy fast food. Try it you will like it!
I would leave a ZERO star if I could!! The food is great and the staff is normally great as well, WHEN THEY ARE OPEN!! I’ve tried to visit this arbys 6 TIMES now and they are closed as early as 4pm constantly!!! But the google site is always updating hours to 11pm and 12pm! Talk about losing money! Not to mention every time I pull in the parking lot to go to the drive though MULTIPLE cars follow to find they are already closed also!!! Crazy!!
They always have my order right, foods fresh and they even always get all my sauces right! Definitely can't complain!
