Despite being packed, we didn't have to wait. Great and friendly staff. Our server was being trained and they both were very helpful, other servers even checked on us. Food was hot and delicious.
We gone on Valentine's day for a early dinner. Everyone was very nice. I only given 3 stars because there wasn't enough works to work on a day that many go out to eat. That falls on the one that makes the schedule. Everyone that was working was doing their best running around trying to take care of everyone. They stopped setting people for sometime. So the kitchen could catch up with the orders. The food was great and all the Waiters and waitresses done a great job ?. The food was great as well.
Randy the host was not quick to seat anyone, and then proceeded to fist bump and seat someone who was five groups down the waitlist. I understand sometimes different size parties may be seated first, but this group was 6, and there were only 2-3 person groups in the five above them.After finally getting seated we were greeted by Kathy S. who gave 5 star service. She was training someone, and with her I know they will be shown the right way to do things. She never let our drinks run empty, and when our appetizer didn't come out before our food, she was quick to apologize and get it to us.We know they are short staffed so the waitresses and waiters were trying very hard to keep up with everyone, and were quick to help wherever they could.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it did take awhile for the appetizer to arrive, and Randy was not very attentive at the door, which knocked the wait staff back as well.We will still come back to eat here, just a bad night tonight, and they happen.
Food was very good. Waitress was polite and my drink never went empty. No complaints from me
We called in our order 30 minutes til close. We figured we were asking for a bad experience. To our pleasure the service was wonderful and our order included all the extras an order for tired travelers with no utencils needed. Great experience at a tome I know they wanted to go home! Job well done
Drinks were pretty good but the food was kinda greasy. On the plus side, the broccoli was fresh!
My family and I stopped here during a road trip on a Monday and were pleasantly surprised. The service and food were fantastic! It took a little bit of time for our orders to come out but the food exceeded my expectations. I had the TexMex Shrimp bowl and it was super tasty! Our waitress was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Good food and the new flaming hot Cheetos wings where awesome.
Normally we've had enjoyable experiences at Applebees but not tonight. It took 35 minutes to get a draft beer, the appetizers were burnt and the oil hasn't been changed, and the service was so slow. Maybe next time Applebees.
When traveling we always look for a place we have had good service at. Paducah was very good. Crunchy wings and pretzel dip ? would get again.
