We ordered delivery, so I can't speak on the service, atmosphere, etc. However, the food was quite solid. I loved the yum yum sauce and the flexibility to substitute items within the meals. One thing I found annoying though was the fact that the steak is cooked with/in onions. This was not disclosed and took me by surprise. I really didn't like the steak for this reason, but that could be partially my problem as I am rather picky. It feels odd saying that I didn't enjoy my main course and still giving it 4 stars, but everything else seemed to make up for that!
So my daughter and I went there at 3 pm today ..we walked in and were the only customers ..stood and waited to be seated but no one ever offered so we eventually left .. I know at least 4 or 5 workers seen us never greater us or anything. So I can't leave a review about the food bc no one would serve us .
The quality has declined in recent months. Rice has hardly any flavor and is almost white. Same for the noodles. Everything is bland now. The Sushi is still good.
This food is g** da** good food. Wow. It was inexpensive, fast, huge portions, delicious. Clean. Lots of staff and tables. Nice people. Sauces. Noodles. Yes. A whole hibachi chicken meal for $13 and it was TASTY. No reason not to come here. Not one reason not to try it.Fabulous guys.
I don't know what people see in this place. Everything tastes like it was steamed in water. Just bland as hell. The yum yum sauce is even watered down. The sushi roll was good that's why I believe it is worth the 2 stars.
Food is great and workers are always so nice… but one thing.. I’m so so So tired of telling you no onions and you put them anyway. I paid 49 plus an 11 dollar tip… I don’t like them and ordered it that way because it’s MY FOOD. I don’t care if the onions makes it taste better and helps keep the grill clean…. NO ONIONS!!! I don’t want onions on my food. Not too much to ask..****Just updating. After 30 mins of posting this review someone from the store called, explained what happened and apologized. Very awesome of you all to do that so I’m changing to 5 stars. Thank you very much.
Man ! Had the opportunity to visit the first wasabi in Owensboro..and let me tell you ..it was so much better then the one in evansville. The staff was amazing , service was great and the food was absolutely delicious and perfect . Hats off Wasabi Expess !
Wanted to reserve a party table for 10 for a birthday party and we were given 15 minutes to gather 10 people or we all had to leave.Very shoddy customer service. We are now booked with Shoguns and the meal quality and atmosphere are much better than Wasabi.
Ordered the hibachi chicken and picked up using the drive thru. It's a busy Sat night so I would assume the chicken would be fresh. Not even close. We were given the hardest, overcooked, dried out chicken imaginable. Their yum yum sauce seemed completely watered down and tasteless. I like the noodles but that's not enough to save the hockey puck chicken pieces that went in the trash.
Chicken fried rice was very good. Nice server. Egg rolls have a good flavor however tasted like fried in old oil maybe. They are very small. Seating there is not comfortable.
